    Dear BBB,On September 2023, I got in touch with Hiba Education Services Inc (Hiba Education Services Inc is a study agency located in downtown *********, ** and run by *********************) for the purpose of applying to study Bachelor of Art in Management (BAM) at the CityUnivercity of ******* in ********* and EAP at ************. Hiba Education Services Inc. Agreed to apply on my behalf to the University and help me step by step to apply for a study permit to pursue my study and I agreed to pay ***** USD to Hiba Education Services Inc for their services.At the beginning Hiba Education Services Inc was able to receive an admission letter from the Univercity and based on their advice I sent Hiba Education Services Inc. . After that I sent ***** USD (***** for service fee and ***** USD tuition fee for SSLC) this transaction was made on Oct 1st 2023 and then an amount of ***** USD (this amount was for tuition fee for the CityUniversity of Seatlle), All the funds was transferred via Al-Afandi House Company which is currency exchange business located in *****. To this day, none of my tuition funds were received by the Univercity or SSLC collage, Hiba Education Services Inc has all the funds and refuses to refund me or to give it to the Univercity. and I have contacted the Univercity, they have been very responsive and they tried to contact Hiba Education Services Inc to resolve this issue, Also they are willing to show any support possible to resolve this issue.I would like Hiba Education Services Inc. to return all of my tuitions so that I can persue my study for my future.

    Dear All,

    We are always looking for the best quality services for our students and I was looking to reach out the final acceptance letter but unfortunately by changing the Canadian study permit law (PAL) we were unable to do more...

    I sent many emails to ****** and explained all the activates processing application from day 1 to the date that was bothering me a lot regarding his refund.

    I am having a business financial issue, and I wrote an email on July 1, 2024 (Attached) to schedule the payments refunds dates from Sep 2024.

    I request an apology email and remove all the complaints here and there. Otherwise, I will take a legal action too to against ****** and not refund any money till then.

    Also, I want to mention that ****** made too many problems by talking in LIVE through TIK TOK that not acceptable as well.

    I am running this business over 15 years, and I recruited over 5k students without getting any complains at all and ****** knows who I am otherwise he will not be in contact with me from the beginning.

    Dear BBB,

    I would like to start by addressing Hiba's response to this compliant.
    First, I would like to clarify that IRCC continues to issue study permits to students worldwide without interruption. The recent changes to the study permit process do not affect my agreement with Hiba Education Services. It seems that these changes are being used as an excuse to withhold my tuition funds from being sent to CityUniversity of ******* in **********Furthermore, I contacted Hiba Education Services three months prior to these changes being implemented.
    Secondly, I have attempted to communicate with ********************* regarding this matter, but she has become increasingly inaccessible. Her WhatsApp, Telegram, business office, phone number, and other contact methods have either been changed or closed. Additionally, she has refused to meet with my cousin or uncle to discuss this issue and work towards a resolution.
    Thirdly, I want to emphasize that the funds I sent to ********************* were meant specifically for my tuition and were to be transferred directly to the university. These funds were not intended to be invested in her business. The financial difficulties she is facing in her business should not be my burden to bear.
    Furthermore, by ****'s own admission, she has recruited over ***** students, charging approximately $1,300 USD per student for her services,in addition to receiving commissions from colleges and universities. By her own calculations, this amounts to around $10,000,000 USD in revenue. Considering that she does not have employees or office rent to pay, it is concerning that;she is facing financial issues to the extent that she cannot refund my tuition.
    Finally, despite these concerns, ********************* has consistently threatened me with legal action, even though I have done nothing wrong and am merely seeking the return of my rightful funds. She has also threatened to withhold my refund if I discuss this issue with anyone, including the university as she is threatening Better Business Bureau (BBB).
    As I mentioned previously, my primary goal is to retrieve my tuition funds so that I can continue my studies at ************** of ******* in *********, where I intend to pursue a Bachelor of Arts in Management (BAM).Additionally, I want to inform you that ***************** at Global Education Alliances (GEA) **************** is aware of this dispute. I strongly recommend reaching out to her to verify all the information I have provided.

    FYI:
    I have had the worst experience with Hiba Education Services.
    I was initially convinced by ********************* that my tuition had been received by CityUniversity of *******. However, when I contacted the university directly, I discovered that no payment had ever been attempted on my behalf.
    According to CityUniversity of *******, other students have encountered similar issues with this business.
    ********************* has never confirmed the exact amount of money she received from me, nor has she provided any clear explanation of how or when she intends to refund my money.
    Blacklisting Hiba Education Services Inc. would help ensure that no other student suffers the same fate I did.
    ********************* also attempted to manipulate me into changing my course, which would have required additional payments. She even tried to persuade me to pay for accommodation early, seemingly to extract more money from me.
    I strongly recommend contacting ***************** at Global Education Alliances (GEA) and CityUniversity of ******* to gather more information about Hiba Education Services and to understand their perspectives.

    I will not communicate with you through BBB: first I do not know who they are, and I can sue BBB as well if they are going to do anything against me or against my business.

    Also, I am going to ******************* through ASAISH in **** to stop his laying.

    By the way, all these messages through his cousin which I do not know him and is illegal to talk behalf of ******.

    I don't have any more time to waste with all these laying.

    We can go through the legal court if he doesn't want to wait for his refund schedule dates.
