i would please like to get a refund on my product cuz i'm unsatisfated at all the first day i got it i went outside just to test it and had fun but that thing show me just problem it cost me to empty 1 single charger at the half of the magazine bbs was always gettin stuck inside the gun when he on i find that he can fire is when the pistol fired is when the gun is reverse barrel down and i almost shot myself and hit my sisters by accident because of this huge default she was right beside me that freak me up and i had a lot off difficulties with the magazine bbs never stay where they supposed too and everytime i put a c02 cartridge inside it it doesn't last 30 min than the cartridge already empty the model wasn't really safe their child lock was not working correctly the comfort for the hand was horrib design and thei reliability mostly umarex style the product was really bad my article was a glock 17 gen ******* blowsback made by umarex i bough it cuz it was looking realistic for the comfort and mostly for their good child safety never had problem with airguns i always had a good time and good feeling while using it but this one was the worse gun i'll ever shoot wiith i was constantly feeling like that thing gonna bloup in my hand and for the price that i pay it cost liken ****** CAD i feel scammed it was far that i was expectin that thing will be i would like to receive my refund this week or next week please

Ordered an ******* gun on february 22nd. Not only was it severely over priced compared to other companies now that i look around but it never arrived. It is now april 7th, ive been fighting with them for so long, i have security cameras at my property and they still tried to argue over and over that nope it was delivered...like come on guys i have top of the line home security there wasnt a dang thing delivered to my house. They are finally getting around to issuing a refund today apparently because i said i had enough and am taking legql actions. Sad i had to threaten court to get an action from them. oh the refind the apparently are giving me today isnt even a full refund its not even 2/3 the original price i paid like what a joke these guys are. I had to fight tooth and nail over this, i am honestly at a loss for words how this business still operates, beyond unprofessional business practice on their end. The emails i recieved were extremely unprofessional with personal tones like i was speaking to an insulted friend, i wanted to buy a gun from you guys not start a relationship wth. Prices are high customer service is a joke, wont take responsibility for thier own business, take the absolute longest with everything they legally can without getting in trouble. I have dealt with ***** businesses like this before and I'm honestly just flabbergasted they exist when i run into them. You all should be ashamed of yourself, if i acted even like a fragment of this id be unemployed so why do you get to pull this junk on hard working people?? I want my full refund after having to wait almost 50 days when i live like 3 hours away from your business...were in thr same damn area wth!Business response

We have received and shipped his order, there is nothing else we can do.
We have complained to ***** **** that the customer did not receive the package and they have credited us only $110.69 and we have already credited the customer.
We have informed the customer if he wants a full refund, he needs to open a chargeback with his bank " Merchandise Not Received", then only we can issue a full refund.
As a business we do have some policies as well, once the package is with the carrier it's no longer our responsibility, it's between the customer and the carrier.
If we were a ***** business as the customer implied, we would not have responded to him at all.Customer response

I am rejecting this response because:I contacted ****** ***t and also my bank. Cannot do a charge back because of the way it was paid for. Their website asked for ******, i paid through ****** and all of thr sudden that was the issue for getting a refund? You can ask me to oqy a certain way then use thqt as partial reasoning for withholding a refund. I was spoken to extremely **** on the phone multiple times. They only respond to communication when called out on something legality wise, it takes them weeks to reply to a customer unless the customer threatens court or its you guys contacting them, that is just unacceptable business practice. I also had to contact them days after they received a refund from ****** ***t, i called and was finally able to get qhold of someone at ** who onformed me they have already issues refund to thr seller, if i hadnt they wouldnt have even bothered to refund me anything. Just yhrough the interactions, communication and this horrible transcation i can undoubtedly say they are a ***** business.

I made a purchase with these guys on Jan 18th and immediately changed my mind and opted for a refund. On the following days (the 23rd ) I was told I would be issues a refund. I have been messaging them all week and then come the 30th they send an email saying we have the wrong details sorry after telling me they had confirmation on the refund they didnt have my details. I know it was delayed but this is not a reason for you to jump on making all kind of conclusions on our company.
My guys had an issue with issuing your refund and they kept you posted.
We should have charged you a cancellation fee, I think I will implement this down the road so that drunk customers can pay a fee for their wrong decision.
Since you mentioned that you were drunk and this is a drunk purchase and you have no idea what you are doing, please be assured that here we are ********* and we are not fraudulent.

I purchased a BB Pistol from Replica Airguns on Sept 12th, 2022. On November 10th, 2022 the BB Pistol stopped working. The trigger and hammer mechanism don't work anymore. The trigger moves back and forth smoothly but the hammer doesn't work. It stays in full cocked position and the trigger won't disengage. This pistol is supposed to have a 90 day warranty but when I contacted Replica Airguns they told me that the pistol was way past "their" warranty period!! Apparently they can sell a product but not stand by the warranty that's listed in the owners manual. * **** ********* ****** *** *** **** **** **** * **** ** ** **** ** *** ****** *** ** ******** ** ** ********. But yet again I was told that it's not their problem and that I'm out of luck. What kind of business is this? Imagine if every business did this,, say that they don't honour any warranty, regardless of what is stated in the owners manual. I don't think that this is good customer service. Especially when they said that "it's not their problem".. The attitude that their employees has is very rude and demeaning to an honest customer like myself. I'm stuck with a $139.00 broken pistol that's now an expensive paper weight,, and a $59.99 extra magazine that's no good for anything now....
