Cooper Roofing has done roofing and gutter projects for our strata and they recently did some specialized work for us involving the waterproofing of chimneys whose vertical cedar siding was missing or broken. ***** Cooper is a good guy to deal with and has an experienced/resourceful crew.Review from Debra B

Cooper Roofing is the best roofing company you could ever want. I had my roof replaced about 5 years ago and they did an excellent job; kept me advised from start to finish; tidied up the work site and were actually the least expensive of the three quotes that I obtained. Recently I had a leaky balcony - nothing to do with the work they had done - but I called them because I thought they might be able to help me. ***** did his best to fix it and gave me some good advice. Meanwhile *****, the owner, was reviewing the situation and saw that my ancient chimney should have a counter flashing (a secondary flashing over the step flashing) to prevent future water damage from the sealant breaking down. ***** came and installed it at NO CHARGE. This company and *****, the owner, and *****, the repair manager, do what it takes to provide excellent service for good value. They are a gem in today's world of faceless service providers. Hire Cooper Roofing and you've done yourself a favour!Review from Val S

Cooper Roofing has been quick to respond to our call for help for a leaky roof. They have done an excellent job on the two occasions we have called them. We would have no hesitation in recommending them to anyone who is looking for a good and dependable roofer.Review from Gene F

We discovered a leak in our roof and contacted Cooper Roofing to get the roof replaced. They were efficient right from the quote by ********* and then ******* found a crew led by ****** De La **** that could do the work on the following weekend before the serious rainfall started. ********* kept in touch with the progress and the drone pictures showed the quality of the work as I was out of town and could not inspect the work myself. Heavy rain over a couple of days and all is dry.Very impressed with the work, efficient and diligent.Review from Gwen L

After a period of heavy rainfall, a full ceiling leak was discovered in a room that hadn't been used for a few days. I called Cooper Roofing, who arranged for a technician to come and check the roof. The technician, *********************, did a thorough inspection, took many pictures and explained the condition of the roof. He also fixed the source of the leak. and took pictures of the repair. It was a good learning experience. We realized the roof will eventually need to be replaced. Meanwhile ***** will arrange for more monitoring, until it's time for replacement. We will be looking forward to Cooper Roofing to do the work.Review from Audrey B

Cooper Roofing replaced our roof and repaired our chimney. Very fast communication response. In fact they were probably faster getting back to us, than we were getting to them. From start to finish, everyone was very professional and detail oriented. The consientious roofing crew was careful with our *****************. Great clean-up. No short-cuts taken. The project manager was on-site daily and emailed daily reports (with pictures) every evening. A smoothly run business. So glad we hired them.
