            I was Charged $2045 to my Account for servicing my vehicle when I was only supposed to be charged $371 for maintenance performed on my vehicle.

            The invoice in question dated 27th of Feb 2024 was for front end component replacement. Attached you will the invoice with the breakdown of service performed. Please note there is labour and parts broken down on the invoice. This work was performed Feb 27th of 2024. ****** had all the time to dispute the charges as its been 6 months since the invoice. The charges are correct. Please reach out to us for any further information or feed back. Thank you.

            16th of January 2024, i brought Nissan Qashqai 2023 from Vernon Nissan, and they delivered me a damaged vehicle. and when they ware taking back my vehicle for repairs, it was accident and become total loss.I incurred loss of $ ****** due to their negligence and requesting compensation for the same.I have attached detail, letter as attachment and relevant supporting as well.I have lengthy mail communication with them, but can't attach it in here.

            6 months ago they called me offered me a vehicle that would be useful for me for work I was forced into a certain vehicle promise things on it that never happened and then I was promised that this vehicle was just for credit building and that I would be able to get the one I want in 3 to 6 months I told them that I needed to be able to get a sword in one so I can get back to work I've been sitting here without work for 6 months I have to be back at work in March I'm still waiting I've been trying to get ahold of them for a while they keep transforming me back and forth telling me one person's working on it then another person I'm a week away from work and I cannot miss this show I miss this show it screws up my whole ****** for work I have tried multiple times to fix this problem and I keep getting ignored I am paying a fortune for a vehicle with problems and not right for me and they don't seem to understand or care they've already cost me lots of money and they are looking at costing me more as it was I was not able to drive my car all winter cuz they delivered it to me with ****** Tires on it and two rims that were curbed I have tried to confront them about promises which I have evidence for but they have informed me that that employee doesn't work for them no more and they pretty much have made me feel that I'm s*** out of luck I'm stuck with the what I have and they are not going to do what they promised from the beginning I feel like I've been bait and switched and now I have a useless vehicle that I have to pay a fortune for and that was supposed to help me with my work but instead is going to make it so I lose my business I have now recently find out by doing a VIN check that there is problems with my vehicle that I was never told about

            Thank you for informing us of the complaint. The customer has spoken with several of us here at the dealership. I myself have personally spoke with the customer and he was extremely abusive over the phone both to reception and me. Though the abuse was not appreciated and deserved we continued to address the customer issue. The customer was informed at the time of purchase that this was the vehicle his current credit/income situation was able to get him into. He was explained that with some time (most likely ***** months) if he kept up building his credit that there was a possibility of changing vehicles if he were to wish. Unfortunately, we are not in any control of credit building for a customer. We are not in control of his financials and how he manages them. We will continue working with the customer in the future to the best of our abilities if he wishes to. We are here to help to our best abilities if the customer would like to pursue a purchase in the future once he continues to rebuild his credit. At this time, we did everything we could on our end.

            ************************* I have never been rude or violent or any of what they've said towards them I have been very polite every time I've called and I have proof I have text messages and emails to prove what I'm saying is right and every time I call them somebody promises to call me back and no one ever does this has been going on for months I have been very cooperated with some very patient I have now missed work multiple times I am now going to miss work again tomorrow cuz I'm supposed to be gone already I have evidence to prove everything that I have said and they have not once asked me for that evidence I will give them one more week and then unfortunately I will be having to get a lawyer involved because this is now discrimination and definition of character

            The first call that came in I was present with our receptionist and heard the abuse that was happening over the phone. I took the phone to speak with the customer and continued getting the abuse from the customer. I made the decision to not continue taking the verbal abuse as the customer would not let me speak. I decided to hang up the phone as customer would not let me speak. The customer phoned back and informed the receptionist that they have calmed down and would like to speak with me. I spoke with the customer and thought we had an understanding. As mentioned before, we have no control of how customer rebuilds his credit. We understand that the customer may be going through a hardship but the hardship he is currently going through is not from us.

            ************************* they are speaking of somebody else I have never done that this is on professional Bowl when they know they're in the wrong they put the blame on the person I was never like that at all to anybody and I don't appreciate being mixed up with somebody else I have never had more than six or seven words with somebody I've called I've been put on hold I've been handed if somebody else I've explained why I've called they said they'd get someone else to call that's all that's going on I have not once ******** I have not once abused anyone or yelled at anybody and I have not yet been hung up on I have been very polite so I don't know where you're getting this abusive from but I have not been abusive that's fine you want to accuse me of stuff that is not happening I've been you the professionalism to to fix this and look into this but you do not you keep lying to me by saying somebody will call me back and no one ever does I will be releasing the documentation that prove that you guys are wrong and I will be fine I will be contacting a lawyer and I will be having you charge food with discrimination cuz and Devastation of character cuz I have not once been abusive to you at all I have witnesses and recordings to prove it all maybe you guys should not mix people up

            I purchased a vehicle on october 2023 from ****** vernon and another friend purchased the same vehicle after my recommendation from the same dealership and we were charged different amounts as ****** accessorries. When we inquire about this from the sales person and the finance person who contacted us at the point of sale they said those are some additional warrenty charges. Tyre rim protection plan and a rust protection plan which we didnt request. When we said that we didnt receive any documentation regarding those warrenty services and we requested that in written they refused to send the iformation also the breakdown of the ****** accessory charges. They neglected our emails. After continuous calls with them asking for informtion a person sent us a message saying he is the sales manager (Fahed) and to call him back. When we called him he said it is their mark up value, then i asked if it is a mark up why is it mentioned as ****** accessories in the invoice and he said its their way of charging it. I have paid GST and interest for their markup and still they have not sent any update about the warranty details they said they have given us

            I purchased a ****** ***** from Nissan Vernon in November 2023,After requesting the invoice many times they sent it on January and i noticed i was charged $3000 for ****** accessories ,since my friend recommended this place he bought the same vehicle one month prior ,we checked the invoices and he was charged $2800 for the same and he didn't have administration fee but i was charged additional $699 apart from the finance fee. When i inquire about it sales person and finance person said its for additional services like rime protection policy, rust protection but we did not request any of those. When i ask about the warrenty and price breakdown they did not respond to my emails and now they are neglecting. Some services are not worth that price. After few weeks a sales manager named ***** reached out to me and said it is their mark up value. What they say are different from person to person and they dont send anything in written when we ask.

            I purchased a vehicle 2019 ****** Crosstrek January 03, 2023. Vernon Nissan said they would install leather heated seats. They said "for an additional $2500.00 plus applicable taxes they could have them ordered and installed. These seats have not been installed to date as of May 19, 2023. I've been given several excuses, and nothing has been done. Please read submitted text messages and bill of sale. I've demanded full reimbursement, but more excuses as to not paying. I told them I was going to the BBB and failing that, I would see them in small claims court!
