My furnace stop working during the weekend. I made a call on Sunday afternoon and had a reply instantly and the technicien phoned me to tell me how long it would take to come to my house. . When he came to my house, he didn't mind me watching him finding the cause and explaining to me what was the problem. He had the parts with him and the repair was done promptly. He was very professional. I got an excellent service specially on a Sunday. I will use this company again if needed.

One day, we discovered a pipe leak in our basement and called Fox Plumbing-Heating-Cooling-Electrical. Their plumber inspected the issue and informed us that our water line had burst. He quoted over $700 for the repair, mentioning that it might involve digging and moving the hot water tank. I was extremely worried and almost in tears, fearing the potential damage to our basement. After half an hour, he claimed the repair was complete without needing to move the tank or dig. We paid him $744, but the connection *** left behind in the morning leaked again in the afternoon. When *** returned, they said they couldn't fix it without replacing the entire pipe for $12,000. *** left without resolving the issue. I was devastated and cried a lot, overwhelmed with worry.We called another contractor, and after a few days, the new contractor replaced the entire waterline from the city line to our house and charged us $600. Fox Plumbing scared us and overcharged us for what they called a "Band-Aid fix" of incomplete work. Please do not sign a quote from Fox Plumbing-Heating-Cooling-Electrical before the work is completed. Once you sign it, you will be obligated to pay the exact amount stated in the quote, even if the work is incomplete.We contacted Fox Plumbing-Heating-Cooling-Electrical to request a discount since they neither fixed the problem nor needed to move the hot water tank or dig. *** responded that they would offer a $100 discount if we allowed them to replace our waterline, reducing the cost from $12,000 to $11,900. That night, I prayed and asked God to send us a decent plumber who could fix our waterline problem for less than $12,000, as my husband and I are both seniors and don't have much budget for this. Thank God our new contractor only charged us $600. Had we accepted ******** offer, we would have been broke.

WOW!!!! Furnace died Monday evening. By 11am, Tuesday, we had a tech. Super friendly. Explained the issues with our old furnace and how the needed parts were not made anymore. Gave us options AND time to discuss them (husband and myself). Wednesday morning had 3 more super nice, super steady, guys in replacing the furnace. They were so tolerant of our questions and unbelievably conscientious about keeping things tidy. An electrician showed up towards the end of the process and he was equally professional and knowledgeable. Can't say enough about the young gent who came to clean the ducts! Awesome service all around!! Will highly recommend this company to anyone ever inquiring!!!!!

The *** team did excellent job. They did a very professional job of replacing my existing 30+ year old heat pump, with a modern high efficiency heat pump. The air ducts were cleaned. They left the work site clean and tidy. They provided an easy to understand session on how to use the heat pump system from its built in control panel and with the Web App.
