We are extremely pleased with our new driveway and have had compliments from our neighbors on the workmanship. Ash and his team were very professional and polite and took the time to answer all our questions with no pressure. We appreciated his guidance when we needed clarification and options discussed. His team was patient and respectful at all times. Ash was very present on the job site and did regular check in with them and us. His team left the job site safe for us nightly and did a fantastic, tidy, clean up at the conclusion of the project. I would highly recommend Ash and CBS Masonry.

CBS Masonry recently did a project for me involving replacing the poured concrete pathways on our property with brick pavers, installing a 10 foot diameter circular patio (brick pavers again) in our side garden, and fixing up our rear basement entry way (which looked awful), with new steps, pavers on the ground, and a skimming on the concrete to make it look better. We got a reasonable estimate, and the project started when they said it would. The team (Simon, Andrew, and Lucas) were fantastic. Most importantly, the work they did was top notch. For the project, I had a pretty clear idea in mind of what I wanted, but knew nothing of the technical issues. I had to have several discussions with Simon about how to make my vision work, and Simon was terrific; he was patient (I had many requirements!), accommodating, and helpful on collaborating with the design. The pathway that they laid involved many, many cuts, because I wanted it to curve and I wanted it laid on a diagonal. And with all the modifications, Ashley, the guy running the show, was very good at communicating with me throughout the process, and at the other end of the phone pretty quickly when I had a question or wanted to make a change. And Andrew did a fantastic job of our back entrance – what a transformation! The whole team was polite, respectful, and friendly. Every day, they cleaned up the site. We have had so many positive comments from passing neighbours about how great it all looks. It all turned out even more beautiful than I hoped. Thanks to the whole team for helping to get the dream I had in my head become a reality!

Ashley and his team were great - not only carried through with the estimate with good communication, on budget and excellent workmanship, they were flexible to make minor adjustments with things that popped up with an old house, and with another connected area that adjoined the project. Much appreciated you guys ! And I have had many compliments on the flagstone entryway and custom mortar work you designed in the stones to suit the house and garden.

I am so happy with my new chimney! Charlie, Ash and their great crew were on time, efficient, tidy, cheerful, polite and respectful to me and my property. I big job to tear down from the ground up, dispose of all the old bricks and mortar and rebuild. And what a beautiful chimney they build! I wish I could post before and after pictures. Despite it being such a big job, once they pulled out of my driveway there was no debris or evidence that my property had been a construction zone for almost a week. I highly recommend them!

CBS Masonry was very professional and did an excellent job with my brick walkway repair. The business owner arrived promptly at the appointed time to provide an estimate. He provided a detailed written estimate, including dates for starting and completing the project. My old brick walkways had disintegrating concrete grouting, and was rough and uneven. CBS Masonry's crew removed the old grout and replaced it with new concrete, and then power-washed the whole this, making my walkways look brand new. This was the lowest cost repair option, and CBS Masonry did not try to upsell me or convince me to go with higher priced options. Overall I was very pleased with the result, and with my dealings with the company. I would highly recommend them to anyone needing masonry work done.
