  I paid $1600 to take a 3 day lash course through this business. Making 1 payment of $50, $266 for 5 payments and last payment of $220. I showed up on my first day and did half a day of book work when came to do my client I suddenly found out I could not see properly. We agreed to set for later dates while we figured out what was going on. Come to find out through my medical issue I need glasses and eye surgery to fix the turn in both of my eyes that prevent me from being able to do the course and have a career in eyelash extensions. Spoke with owner of business as I would like a refund of my $1600 back as I was not pulling out of the course because I didn’t want to do it. I pulled out because it was medical and I will not be able to go forward with this choice of career. She is refusing to give me a refund after I stated she has no refund policy on it. She acknowledged there was no refund policy but still denies my refund even without me taking the course. I feel $1600 is a lot for something you can’t take and I would like my refund and help getting it back. ******** **** ********

  I pulled out of the course for medical reasons that I was UNWARE of prior to the half day that I spent with you. Not to mention will affect me in future to do the course. I am willing to forfeit the $533 for that day have you ship the lash kit to me and the balance of $565 returned as I do appreciate small businesses I am hoping this can be the end of this as you wish and therefore will be no need for further action on either of our parts. Thankyou kindly
