This was the second house I had garage doors installed by Tedford. Great quality, fair price, excellent service (thank you Ali), all my concerns were addressed, a couple glitches were remedied without problems and in an expedient manner. Highly recommend.

We booked an on-line appointment with this company to repair our door opener for the following morning. Early the next morning I received an email asking for pictures of the springs. I sent the pictures of the spring. No response. We waited all morning and most of the afternoon, but the company never showed, no email, no call. Late in the afternoon, I called and talked to a rather arrogant lady who said they were booked for the day and busy for the next week. Did I want to pay an extra emergency fee for faster service? She refused to acknowledge that we had an on-line appointment. Don’t waste your time with this *********** company. I suspect this company will say how sorry they are for the bad service. My response to that would be "Make sure your service is fair and reasonable. Don’t make apologies and promises after the fact."Tedford Garage Doors Response

I needed a new keypad for my garage door. My phone call to Tedford Garage Doors was answered by a PERSON. An appointment was made within two days. The technician arrived on time, did the job pleasantly and efficiently, making sure everything was working properly, and the workspace was tidy before he left. I would certainly recommend Tedford Garage Doors for efficiency, service and reasonable pricing.Tedford Garage Doors Response

We had someone drive into and total our garage door shortly after listing our house for sale. We were afraid the house would show dismally with a smashed in garage door and broken windows for weeks until a new door could be ordered. Cam and the guys at Tedford were amazing. While other companies barely got back to me, Tedford immediately arranged some techs to come over and ensure the door was safe and the garage was secure. Further, they found a temporary replacement garage door (different colour but still looked quite reasonable) for immediate installation on the day, while expediting the ordering and installation of a full replacement door. By the end of the same day it was installed and very presentable! Thanks to Cam and the team for really coming through.Tedford Garage Doors Response
