            This company advertises fake licensed engineering services. After spending 8000 CAD, we came to realize that they do not provide any licensed engineers to stamp or sign or analyze and develop the building plans. They have a fake stock image of a "licensed engineer" on their website named "Jax" who we realized was not present in the company at all, nor hired by the company. They falsely advertise accreditation by the BBB on their website and ****** images. Their work does not include construction-ready plans as claimed, but leaves gaps in the design. When asked about these gaps, they instruct us to pay more for additional services to complete the plan. We did not receive any analytics as promised in our invoice. They do not pull local codes as promised, drawing from the local regulations. Nor do they source much equipment from Asia or have substantial experience in that. We knew they were conducting fraud, when they advised us that "******** ****** **** *** ***** ***********" which is absolutely not true and a dangerous suggestion, and proves they do not pull codes or do basic research or hire any engineers. The founder/principle does not have any degrees or credentials in engineering, except for a 9 month certificate in horticulture. Their invoicing is not clear and does not mention systems engineering vs. floor plans vs. complete planning. We paid for 325 Sqm at the rate we understood, and only receive a partial delivery for 100 Sqm of fake systems engineering that no engineer would signed-off. We have had to hire electrical engineers, irrigation engineers and civil engineers to redo our entire plans from scratch with the proper software and specifications and signatures. We lost 8000 CAD and were not able to make use of the fake engineering plans at all in our project. The false advertising of this company led us to believe that they had a team of employees but even the 2nd planner "Jennifer" was a fake stock image that we were able to find being sold online.
