Dealing with a faulty ECU in my 2009 Mini Cooper S. I purchased a used one from Facebook Marketplace, paid RPM for a reprogram and received a shipping label in my email. I shipped them both units and received them back within a few days. I would have voted 5-stars but the 24-hour turnaround is a little muddy on the website. Otherwise, plug-and-play in my R56 and I’m carving up the curves again!!!!Review from Francisco N

Outstanding!! Couldn't be anymore happier!! I originally called because I had sent mu ECU to a competitor, was told nothing was wrong with it and it was sent back to me after a $150 fee. I still had the same issues with my mini cooper ECU going on limp mode, so I decided to call RPM. I explained everything I had done and prior to contacting them and about my apprehension with dealing with the other company. I asked for a different ECU and was given the option to acquire one on my own to program with the old ECU. This saved me a ton of money and the service was amazing. Was even sent a picture of damaged pins on my replacement ECU and how they had fixed it for me no charge. This is what I call customer service!! Upon receiving the ECU I immediately installed on my mini copper and “alas”” , he was back in full force with no codes or limp mode whatsoever!!! After being quoted 3,500$ for a new ECU and being charged $150 for a test to see if the ECU was damaged by another company, I have to say that RPM was on point and saved me money!! $ 100 for a used ECU and $299 to reprogram it was a steal!! Thanks RPM. Will definitely recommend your services to all my friends!

Fantastic service. Smooth and fast everything, from placing order, receiving shipping label, text communication. Shipped from Texas, had repaired unit back in less than 72 hours. Needless to say that the unit worked as-new, at a fraction of the price for getting a new unit from the dealer installed.RPM Motorsport Ltd. Response

Although I was skeptical at first, the team at RPM motorsport proved me completely wrong and were extremely helpful and patient with all my questions. I had a faulty ECU in my 2009 Mini Cooper. I bought a used one from ebay, paid RPM for a reprogram and received a shipping label in my email. I shipped them both units and received them back within several days. Installed it in the car and it works perfect! I would highly recommend these guys to any shop or do-it-yourselfer. I'm and auto repair technician with 30 plus years experience and these guys are definitely the best I've ever dealt with for ECU repair.Review from Wayne D

Absolutely fantastic service and parts!! I had RPM provide me with a used BMW DME along with required CAS programming. The entire process took 5 business days including the time necessary for my CAS/key to be sent to them with overnight UPS. On receipt of the programmed DME and my CAS/Key the car started perfectly without any issues! As I am essentially a cynic and cautious I had some concern with the virtually 100% five star reviews. I am truly pleased my cynicism was grossly misplaced with RPM as they are in fact experts in their field. Their service from my first call was impeccable. Even my call back with a question were a surprise as I was placed on hold and ultimately hung up. To my surprise Lee called me back (I didn’t leave a message). The RPM DME, which was unavailable from other similar companies for my BMW M5, was in exceptional condition and installed without issue. BMW Canada or USA were unable obtain a new DME for my car as they were back ordered from Germany. BMW Germany would not provide an ETA hence I was without my car as my DME was faulty. I’d like to say, first class operation. Lee the technician who helped me initially on the first phone call about my DME problem.Explain the process that I would need to go through to get my car back on the road, and he couldn’t have been more correct. Once I got the used DME that needed to be Reprogram using my existing DME. The process couldn’t have been any quicker I am just blown away with the shipping and the turnaround time.RPM Motorsport Ltd. Response

Incredibly happy with my experience. I called RPM on a Monday, sent out my ECU on a Tuesday, and had it back by Friday. They were able to talk me through the issues, recommend the service, and 100% solved my issue with a bricked ECU. A+ service!RPM Motorsport Ltd. Response
