Had walk-in shower installed this past week. Can’t say enough good things about the company and their employees. Extremely knowledgeable, courteous and helpful. Dealing with Island Walk in Tubs was a great experience. From Laurie explaining what was available and all the options that were available. This has been a wonderful, well-organized company right from the return of my initial request for an estimate to the salesperson arriving on time and going over their products quite thoroughly. We love our new walk-in tub and shower! No more fears of falling getting in and out of the previous tub combo, and it looks amazing. The entire experience, from the first phone call with Laurie to the installation by Jake and Bill. They are all very knowledgeable, competent, considerate and extremely professional. I should also mention SWIFT. From start to finish it only a couple of weeks and that includes the two-day install. Thank You all so much for our beautiful tub, it will be enjoyed for many, many years.Review from Cleone M

I think that Walk In Tubs should be in every home that a senior lives in. This is not only for safety but can go a long way to reducing pain and giving one a better night's sleep. Island Walk in Tubs installed a new tub for us. The whole process from beginning to end was a positive experience. The sales team (Laurie and Bruce) were quick to respond and very knowledgeable. They were able to answer all of our questions and had a wonderful presentation. They walked us through the steps needed to apply for the BC RAHA Grant, and once approved, the installation was scheduled and completed very quickly. The installers that came to the house were very friendly, polite, and professional. They worked efficiently and cleaned up the worksite. The tub enables my father to stay in his home and bathe without assistance or fear of falling. I would highly recommend them to others that are looking for a walk-in tub.
