I purchased a used atv from Westshore and it was by far the worst experience ever! I wish I could give this business a minus 5 star rating! It first started with the salesman who told me it was like new with no issues. When I picked it up it had a code on the display and I was told they could not diagnose it and I would have to take it to a dealer that sold that brand. I took it to ******* ** ***** and during the diagnostic process Kyla in the service department contacted Todd the Service Manager at Westhore and relayed what they thought was the issue and asked who was paying for it and Todd told her that that they were. I also asked Todd the same question and he told me the same thing. When the issue was resolved and it came time to pay the bill which was less than what was initially thought it would be the owner Brody refused to pay for it. I tried contacting the owner but he never called me back. As a business owner I would have thought he would have had the decency to call me back! I called Chantal and she immediately called me back and she did what she could to resolve the situation and was able to reimburse me a small portion of the amount. Dealing with Chantal was the ONLY positive thing I will say about this dealership.
