I drove 8 hours to trade in my 2020 F350 at Beausejour GMC. I purchased a 2018 GMC Denali 1500 from them. Took it on a test drive with the salesman and everything seemed fine. Salesman showed me accident reports that I was okay with. I signed my trade in over to them and signed the papers for this GMC. Bought extended warranty and was given electronic warranty for free which I thought was great. Got out to the truck to set up on star with salesman and the touch screen would not work. Funny how they gave me free electronic warranty right before that. Salesman said he didn't know why the screen didn't work. I had a long day already and had to drive another 4 hours back home so we agreed on taking it to a local dealer near me to have the screen fixed under warranty. I was fine with that. 20km away from the dealer the transmission started to shutter. Hard shifts. Called them back and said that the transmission was acting weird. They looked into it and the transmission fluid needed to be changed to the new fluid that fixes the problem. So I was going to take it to get that looked at by the local dealer near me. 100km from the dealer the engine light came on. I don't have a code reader and it was a long weekend so couldn't stop to get it Checked out somewhere as I was still 400km from home. I got home and the power running board on the drivers side didn't work. Won't go in or out. I had it booked in at the local dealer for July 13th to get the work done. Didn't put many kilometers on the truck when I finally got it home. July 9th on my way home from work the low oil pressure light came on. I pulled over immediately and heard a slight knocking before I shut it off. I ended up having to get my girlfriend to come pick me up on the side of the road and get the truck towed to the local dealership that's about 45 minutes from where I live. Bought the truck June 29th and now I have a truck that I can't drive because there is no oil pressure. I had the truck for 11 days total.

Our salesperson also has spent numerous hours with you on the phone texting and talking thru out his weekend off to ensure you that weren't leaving you on the hook for any of the repairs. We spoke to you numerous times yesterday (July 12th)to work with you and the dealership that you took your vehicle to ensure that everything is getting taken care of.
