Called to make a booking 8 months in advance - the employee inquired about my room preference, took my name and contact information, as well as my credit card information to complete the room booking. When I called to confirm recently, the 'manager' claims that there is no record of a booking, leaving me without a hotel room during a very busy weekend. Despite explaining that i've gone through the entire booking process, the 'manager' refused to take accountability for their error, and dismissed my concern regarding the potential risk of credit card fraud given my credit card information was recorded by an employee. I would strongly discourage anyone from staying at such a poorly run business with questionable business practices and management.Review from Chelsea Y

We booked this hotel for our employees. Enough beds for everyone. One of our employees showed up a little later than the others, and instead of showing him to his room (already book, bed already reserved) they decided to book him a new room without our consent. Then they tried to get us to pay for their error.
