I made a deal with the owner of LS Airways, Noura ******* on 10 January 2024 as a trainee flight instructor. I was supposed to be hired after finishing the training on 01 March. On 02 February, we completed the in-class ground training. To take the relevant Transport Canada written exam, "AIRAF," I needed to fly 15 hours of dual flight with Noura after the ground school. She never flew with me, and she made me fly with the class 4 instructor *** ****** ********* ** **** ** ********. ******* *** ****** *** **** *** *** *** *** **** ** *** ****** ******** ****** *** ** ******* **** *** ***** * *********** ** ** * **** ********. Even though I requested to fly in February, March and April to qualify for the written exam, she ignored me and didn't fly with me. After flying with Alex, I took my exam on 16 April. On 19 April, she requested $*** as a flight test fee to book me a flight test for 15 May. After she took the money, she again ignored me and didn't fly with me. I flew only once with her on 12 June for one hour. I must fly for 25 hours in the plane to qualify for a flight test. She expelled me from her flight school on 26 April when I confronted her and told her that I didn't want to fly with Alex and instead to fly with her. On 24 June, I emailed and asked her for an appointment. On the same day, she expelled me again. Since then, she hasn't answered any of the texts or emails. She also removed me from the school WhatsApp group, where all the flight bookings are made. I lost trust in the flight school, especially in Noura ******* its owner and chief pilot. It has been more than six months, and I have achieved nothing. One of the reasons I quit my job was to get my instructor rating as fast as possible since she promised to hire me on 01 March. Ismail *****, who was enrolled in the Instructor Rating Program at LS Airways Flight Academy from January 15, 2024, until his termination on June 26, 2024, displayed several significant issues throughout his time in the program. Detailed Account of Issues: 1. Unprofessional Behavior: Mr. ***** consistently exhibited arrogant and confrontational behavior. He frequently shouted at instructors and management, which disrupted the learning environment and compromised the professionalism of the program. 2. Interference with Instruction: Mr. ***** persistently interfered with the instructional process, challenging Transport Canada guidelines and the established syllabus without valid reasons. His disruptive behavior extended to instructional methods used *** **** ******* *** *** ***** *** *** ******** ** * ********* ******* ** *** ****** ******. 3. Unauthorized Class Attendance: Mr. ***** attended classes for which he was not officially enrolled, ********* ******** ********* *** ****, in violation of the program’s policies. 4. Non-compliance with Scheduling: He resisted adhering to the scheduled class times and accused the school of undue pressure to complete the program quickly. Despite his complaints about not finishing on time, he consistently failed to follow the provided schedule 5. Course Intensity and Examiner Selection: The Instructor Rating Program is known for its rigorous nature, lasting between 3 to 6 months, with limited seats due to high demand. The school clearly communicates the program's intensity to all new students. Examiner assignments are based on availability, not student preference. Mr. ***** displayed unprofessional conduct towards the assigned examiner, Thomas ******, and refused to participate in the flight test without valid justification. 6. Missed Flight Schedules: Mr. ***** frequently missed scheduled flights without valid reasons, despite multiple warnings from the school. He was also informed about the fees associated with missed appointments. 7. Compatibility Check Complaints: Mr. ***** expressed dissatisfaction with the school’s practice of conducting a compatibility check with Class 4 flight instructors at the beginning of the course. This check is designed to assess the student’s flying skills and identify any issues early in the program to address them promptly. Mr. ***** questioned the necessity of this process, further indicating his resistance to the program’s standard procedures. Given these repeated issues and Mr. ******* termination from the program on June 26, 2024, his request for a full tuition refund has been thoroughly reviewed. Ismail ***** is not eligible for a refund, as the student’s account deposit was fully utilized toward the training program

I am rejecting this response because:As Noura claimed in the Warning and Termination Letters, I am not a PPL nor a commercial pilot student. I was supposed to be hired after finishing the training on March 01. On February 02, we completed the in-class ground training. To take the relevant Transport Canada written exam, "AIRAF," I needed to fly 15 hours of dual flight with Noura after the ground school. She never flew with me, and she made me fly with the class 4 instructor *** ****** ********* ** **** ** ********* ******* *** ****** *** **** *** *** *** *** **** ** *** ****** ******** ****** ***** *** ** ******* **** *** ***** * *********** **** ******** ***** *** * ********* ** **** ********* ******** ************* She flew with me only once after six months. Dear Ismail,
This is email regarding your booking for class 4 course.
I have been trying to complete your training but end up there is numerous of cancellation from your side and plus weather too and also maintenance issue.
I have concern that by that way we will not be able to complete the course by this way. Let us take last chance in consideration. From June 14 to 28 June will make booking a every day. At 8 am in the morning or 7 pm in the evening. The cancellation is not accepted only due to weather or maintenance. I really want you to complete by the end of June. I really appreciate. Please read our refund policy.
