    Our contractor supplied and installed siding and it has been rippling and not installed correctly. I pointed this out several times and showed him. He said he would have his crew correct the situation. He sent his crew down to correct it but only removed some of the siding and did not correct the ripples, he said it is installed correctly and it maybe the wall that's not level . I pointed out that it could be shimmed to help and he said they are not going to do anything more on this topic and to get it through my head that it's completed. I also showed him another issue about the siding not clicked in properly and asked him to fit it; he said no. I asked for him to ask the representative from the siding company to see what the issue might be and he said no. I will be getting ahold of the sales representative myself to see what he says. Also, he installed and provided the flooring and incorrectly installed it. I pointed this out for the basement and he said it would get better after a while. It didn't, so I mentioned it again and said it wasn't level and needed to be he said the leveler would turn to powder. I called the flooring representative and told him this and the representative said that's not true. The contract then says if they levelled the basement floor it would cost more to do the other flooring I was looking at getting, this was not brought up to me before so I could make a decision for myself. Also the flooring upstairs was not levelled and threw that on me but not giving me the option to make the decision. The flooring is now coming apart. Other issues: I asked for receipt and contact information for the provider and installation for my garage doors, eavestroughing, flooring, plumbing and electrical so I can have warranty.     Here is my response. Good morning, we have had 5 meetings and been back multiple days to try and resolve this. I feel everything is done to the best of our ability and the job is finished.

    Hello, the business has not performed any additional work and has not met building code. The building inspector can verify all of this.
