In January 2022 we decided to renovate our small kitchen and update it and enlarge it. We met with three different contractors and chose KAT RENO because we were impressed by Kevin's presentation and professionalism. This was to be a big renovation and not just replacing cabinets and counters. We wanted to expand our kitchen into an existing sunroom. We knew KAT RENO was up to the task. KAT Reno did an excellent job of removing an existing bearing wall. They provided a structural engineer who drew up plans and all required city permits were provided. The was was removed, all existing windows were removed and the backdoor repositioned. Angie, the designer, created an excellent design for our new kitchen which we loved! Kevin and the workers were efficient, friendly and answered any questions we had. Their work ethic is to be commended. They treated our renovation as if it were their own. They cleaned up the worksite at the end of each day. Best of all, Kevin allowed us to keep the stove and sick area for as long as possible to minimize any disruption to our meal cooking! Our new kitchen is gorgeous! It's twice the size with double the cabinetry and counter space. My wife loved her Brizo blue island. To sum it all up, we absolutely LOVE our new kitchen! One of the reasons I have been doing renovations for over 30 years is that I love the smile on our customers' faces when it's completed. Thank you for giving us this opportunity and, yes, you have a beautiful kitchen! Enjoy! It was a pleasure doing this work for you!

Kevin will quote you for work, and if he doesn't do it, tries to rationalize why you should still pay for it. When I demanded the money back from the work he charged me for and didn't complete, I was told I was "difficult to work with". Kevin told me to "just be happy I had a new ensuite." ** **** *** *** **** ***** ** * ****** ****** *** ** ********* **** **** If you have already ************* hired him read your invoices carefully and see what you are being charged for and make sure that work is completed.

The amount that you are contesting was returned to you; so, unfortunately, I do not understand your comments. Your Invoice is identical to the Estimate that you had been provided with, and had approved, at the start of the project. Less the $500 that was returned to you.

You had hired a different renovator initially, who had not completed your project. Then, had requested KAT RENO to redo the project.
