            Stopped by Northern Lights Cedar Hot Tubs at their new location in West St Paul for water testing for our pool. I was presently surprised with all the variety of products they carry from chemicals for both pool and hot tubs to their new beautiful acrylic hot tubs which we plan to purchase next spring. They offer electrical with hybrid heating for the acrylic tubs (and cedar tubs) which operates off a heat pump to save energy costs which I have not seen at other locations in Winnipeg. Their staff was so helpful answering my questions I had on their products. So glad I came to check them out for my pool supplies

            Great customer service with fantastic products. My sales rep was very helpful and knowledgeable about which cedar tub would be right for me.

            We could not be happier with the product or the customer service. Everything was explained to us in a clear and concise manner regarding the ordering, shipping, and delivery requirements. I made several changes to our tub after the initial order was placed and the changes were accommodated without any issues. During the installation process I had a few questions which were promptly answered in spite of the 3 hour time difference. Overall it seems like a great company with people that genuinely seem to care about both the products and service that they provide.

            Haven’t received the tub yet but customer service is terrible. I’ve been emailing them for weeks about a delivery issue and no one has bothered to respond. The delivery is just drop shipping so you will still be responsible for moving the incredibly heavy tub to your desired location after they drop it off. My advice spend the extra money and use a local company that will actually deliver it on time and leave it in the location you want.
