I took my car for a crash repair end of July 2022 to this company. I got my car back by the end of December 2022. I keep finding missing or unattached parts. Some I didn't mind to look after it (push clips or check for the light that was falling off the roof). End of may I notice that the cushion of the front passenger seat was a bit loose and only then I was that there was missing parts that covers the screw and is attached to another plastic part underneath the cushion that holds it together and covers the screw. I emailed the company and went there Wednesday last week to hear from the manager that they didn't touch the seat. After questioning him again he told that they did had to take the seat out in order to change the seat belt/air bag. He also told me to go to ****** ********** to see if the estimator forgot to buy some part. Now, on the papers there was no damage to the front seat, only to the back. on a quick google search we can see that some of the parts attached to the bottom of the seat needs to be removed in order to take the seat out. I dont want to assume a headache that wasn't my mistake. I have no idea why they didn't put the pieces back and are not strong enough to admit their own error and fix it. Basically the answer to me was "you got your car back, not our problem anymore." On top of that, the bumper is not well assembled. I can see pavement through a space between the car and the bumper. Now, if they are not assuming a visible problem, how I can even be sure that the mechanical part is good?!
