This is the first time I have dealt with this company, and I promise you it will be my last. * ** *** **** ** **** *** *********** ** **** ************ *** * ** **** **** ****. Over a month ago I brought my 2014 Chevy Cruze in to have the A/C fixed. They did a performance test and recharged the unit for which they charged me close to $******. They said the compressor was worn out, and this part was not to be found in Canada. I was given a quote of $******** to make the repair. OK. I asked them to order the part and made an appointment for next Saturday, as this is the only day I can get off from work. The next Saturday they said sorry the part had not arrived. The following Saturday they said the part arrived, but was damaged in transit. The Saturday after that they did not have a technician to do the work . We made another appointment for the following Saturday. I called them on Friday to see if everything was OK. Yup. Drop it of on the fourth (or was it fifth?!) Saturday at 8 AM. They said the work would take two or three hours. I showed up as agreed and was shocked when they told me that I was scheduled to be there on Friday. I told them that I was no longer going to play their games. I went to MIDIS to get a estimate for brake, routers from and back. The I received 3 different estimates to have the work completely done. I went back to pick up the Juke and was told there is a fee for the inspection, which was not discussed before had. After talking with the owner about ALL 3 prices, he informed me that he will give me a price completed with taxes all in. This later changed the next day because of his manager sent me a text message admitting there was a flush missing which made the price go up by $300.00 and NO warranty. This is very puzzling since the owner of the company gave me a price to have the car fixed and now the manager changing the price. I would like this looked into this confusing. Who makes the final decision in this company?
