  Texted Rana in January for tax preparation services. Had us come in only to tell us we could not file until March. I am not sure why he didn't say that in the initial text, it was a waste of both of our time. Returned in March with all my business tax information prepared on a flash drive. Did not feel comfortable with the service. Was told after 5 mins that I would owe $**** in taxes. That did not seem right. So I decided I would speak with a tax liaison at CRA to get more clarification. After receiving the clarification, Rana's tax preparation did not seem right so I decided to not use him anymore. I went to another company only after speaking to the liaison and received a completely different result which led me to believe that Rana was not doing something correctly or missing opportunities for me. After I told him I no longer wanted to work with him. He sent me some disgruntled text messages and implied that I wasted his time but I told him I didn't feel comfortable with his services which as a consumer, I am entitled to. A few months after this, he sent my husband and I an invoice for approximately $***! I responded to the email to dispute the charges and he never responded. Now I am receiving endless collection calls as he has sent this matter to collections. I understand that he believes he that he provided a service but by no means did he provide $*** worth of services. In fact my husband and I ended up filing our taxes with another company for $*** and they actually completed the process. I am by no means disputing that I could pay him something, but considering I had all my tax information completely prepared and organized prior to seeing him, I'm not sure what work he did other than copying and pasting information I provided from my flash drive. Unfortunately I no longer have the email. He may, but may not want to provide it as it supports that I disputed this a long time ago with no response.

  Our record shows, this individual never paid the invoice we sent long time ago for our services we provided, our collection department are taking care of all of our Accounts Receivable, we don’t have control over collections department, as they collection company have their own responsibility to deal with non -payment clients! Thanks to bring this concern to us. We are trying our best to our clients.
