PRICES:
All prices shown on price list are F.O.B. our warehouse and are subject to change without notice. Price changes will be announced as soon as possible.
ORDERS:
All orders are subject to our acceptance and all materials are subject to prior sale. Orders for special order colors or sizes must be covered by a purchase order. ONCE ACCEPTED THESE "special orders" ARE BINDING AND CANNOT BE CANCELLED. All orders received over the telephone will be read back and verified. Once verified, the orders are taken as correct and are the responsibility of the person placing the order.
RETURNS
Bevel-Form and Custom-Form Tops are made to order and are not returnable. Flo-Form Tops, in saleable condition, may be returned via prepaid freight for salvage, provided approval is obtainted from compamy prior to return. All returns are subject to a 20% restocking charge.
CLAIMS
Claims for goods damaged in transit must be made by the consignee to the carrier. No exceptions.
WARRANTY-LAMINATE
All Custom Counter Tops Ltd. products are warranted to the original purchaser, to be free from manufacturing defects for a five year period from the shipping date on the invoice. This warranty covers the product only and does not include labor to remove and reinstall or transportation costs unless Custom Counter Tops Ltd made the original installation. All Custom Counter Tops will be manufactured with butt joints at all corners unless otherwise specified. Corners with no seams are not guaranteed against stress cracking at the corners.
If manufacturing defects appear after the expiry of the five year warranty period, we will inspect the product and consider an adjusted compensation on an indicidual case basis.
MARBLE AND LAMINATE
It is the responsibility of the purchaser to check all merchandise for flaws, defects or damages before signing the delivery documents. There is NO WARRANTY, implied or otherwise on damage in transit or installation or any subsequent damage by heat, impact or as a result of abnormal water conditions. Multiple Methods
