    Waited 4 hours for an order to arrive, but it never did. The driver simply never showed up with my order at all. I tried contacting their customer service several times via different methods and all I got in response was an email saying that they couldn't give me a refund.

    Business does not offer help in resolving damaged or missing orders, support just closes tickets on a whim without giving a reply to the customer on whether their issues will be resolved or not.

    As a current delivery driver, I am experiencing issues with receiving payment for my completed orders. The company provides a Complaint Line, but it has proven ineffective. Additionally, the email service is not functioning, leaving me uncertain about who will address and compensate for the unpaid hours. It is concerning how this business operates and manages to evade such issues. This situation appears to be unethical *** *********** ********

    I ordered food for my daughter who is diabetic. We waited and waited and after almost 2 hours, Skip canceled the order because it didn't have any couriers. SERIOUSLY? Customer Service asked me to try again and the same thing. Then Customer Service, (on chat), just put me on hold and hold. Finally went to ******** and ordered it from there. By the time I was on hold with your ******* **** call center on chat, they delivered it. ********** **** ******* ******* *** ** ******* *** ******** ******** ** ******* You order food and it takes 2 hours for someone to pick up and deliver is POOR. Even the restaurant called me and asked me to send the driver to pick it up. The food was ready in 10-15 minutes but was picked up after one hour and 15 minutes. Then you have the call centers ** *** ******* **** who don't give a ****. They offered me $*. What will I do with that? T**** *** *** ******* ** **** *** ***** ** **** ********

    Tonight we went to place order on the app for noodle box.  It said it was BOGO.  When I entered into the restaurant page I could not find indication of which items were BOGO.  We contacted support and they said the discount would be applied automatically upon check our.   We went ahead with our order and was charged for both dishes and didn't receive BOGO offer. I contacted the chat support. Multiple times was not helped at all and they just ended the chat on me This is extremely frustrating.  I then checked **** **** and there app shows the  offer and makes it  very clear when you order that it is BOGO.   Since we were not helped I guess we will just use a competitor instead next time. This customer service experience has made me never want to use skip the dishes again

    Customer service straight up lying to me. Courier is unable to deliver my food and they refuse to refund me.

    I will not be using skip the dishes again in the future. I travel a lot for work and have to order food quite often. I’ve had issues either with drivers not delivering items to correct areas of hotels when directed, as well as orders arriving improperly. I received an order from a restaurant that was new today that was missing an item and was told that I wouldn’t be refunded the $****. The whole order was not as described but I wasn’t asking for the whole order. At this point it’s about the accountability that this company lacks when you bring it to their attention.

    i sent this to ************** *** ***** :I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with getting help through your online chat regarding a $** email from you. November 11 I attempted to use this $** but the amount didn't show in my account. I used your chat who agreed the $** should have been available until the 12th. I was told to place my order (I did, ****** ****) and that 'someone would be in contact to refund the $**'. I waited, heard nothing, so I reached out again this morning. This morning I was told 'nope, can't help and I'm closing this chat'. I was told I would get my $** back, I would have been fine if it was a credit on my account, but the help I received was ZERO. Very poor customer service and I have heard nothing back on the email I sent. *

    I am writing to express my profound disappointment with Skip the Dishes. As a frequent user, I rely on this service for convenience, but the repeated failures have made my experience incredibly frustrating. I regularly order from ********** for my children, and nearly every order arrives with missing items. Despite my persistent efforts to address these issues by requesting refunds for missing items, I have now been banned, as Skip the Dishes suspects me of scamming due to the frequency of my complaints. This is absolutely unacceptable for a loyal customer who has spent thousands of dollars supporting this delivery company. As a customer, I should not be penalized for the incompetence of the restaurants you partner with. The lack of effective quality control has repeatedly left my children disappointed and my orders incomplete. This situation needs urgent attention to ensure that customers receive the service they deserve.

    Skip the dishes can’t get it right. They continually miss large items from my orders, and all they offer is “a refund for the selected items” or a skip credit. When I wait for an hour and then don’t get my food I ordered, they don’t seem to see that this is more than just an oops. And I don’t have an interest to continue to order from them, skip credits aren’t fixing anything.
