I had a really good experience working with Harold and his team. I had a large crack in my basement foundation that was leaking a lot of water. Harold took the time to answer my questions, and managed a number of different teams that had to do the different aspects of the project, from the digging, to the sealing, to the bracing. The work is holding up well and it's nice having the peace of mind that the job is completed well with the 10 year warranty.

We contacted Assured Property Management to repair the horizontal crack in our basement from the outside of the house. Harold was very patient with us, answering our questions, resolving our concerns and reassuring us every step of the way. We contacted Assured Property Management to repair a small crack in our foundation that was periodically allowing small amounts of water into our basement. Harold gave us a quote and sought to satisfy our request for a good repair even before winter set in and he delivered on all his promises. His crews worked professionally and expeditiously! They dug a trench under our front steps, sealed the crack, placed weeping tile along the footing, covered the entire area with sticky coating and then with "Blueskin" membrane and then backfilled the entire space with clean stone. Everything was completed on time, and to our complete satisfaction. We are very satisfied customers; have a 10 year warranty and are "assured" that that our water problems are fixed!

Assured Property Builders were hired to repair a slow water leak coming through the basement wall at the rear of our property. Harold S. contacted us and prepared a quote within 48 hours. We hired this company upon the recommendation of the BBB. The initial crew worked hard to excavate the area (by hand) and completed the task when promised. Crew members saw that 1) our outside A/C unit was attached to the foundation wall so as not to interfere with the excavation and continue to function, if necessary 2) applied a sticky coating to the concrete so that the "Blueskin" membrane would adhere to the wall 3) another "Delta" membrane covered this to further protect the Blueskin and finally 4) the excavation was filled after replacing the weeping tile and adding 3/4 clean limestone aiding the drainage process. The work was done as promised, and within the promised time frame, although rain delayed the entire project by a few days. All members of Assured were professional, friendly, and eager to please if we had a suggestion or specific request. We were happy to work with Harold S., who communicated frequently as to the progress of the team and would recommend this company to other home owners who have been experiencing similar problems due to the extremely wet weather this past year. Given a transferable ten year warranty, we are "assured" that our water seepage problem has been addressed.

We contacted Assured Property Management to deal with water coming into our basement. We got an estimate a few days after contacting them. The workers hand dug a 40 ft trench down to the footing along the north side of our house. They installed a barrier, new weeping tile and window wells. There were 3 different specialty crews, all hard working and very professional. We have since had two downpours with wind and rain from the north, with no water entering the house. We are very happy customers.
