  Thank you for the opportunity to respond to the customer’s concerns regarding their recent purchase. We value all feedback and are committed to addressing and clarifying each issue raised. Below is a summary of each item, based on findings from our technician and records from the initial setup.
  
  Master Bedroom Cabinet – The home’s standard design does not include a cabinet above the toilet in the master bathroom, only in the main bathroom. This detail was noted in the initial walkthrough, with the option for the customer to purchase an additional cabinet if desired.
  
  Underbelly Repair – This issue has been resolved. During the home’s initial setup, temporary taping was done by the park owner/manager, which our technician has since repaired permanently.
  
  TV Wiring – The TV cable was not located within the belly bag, nor does the home have a communication box for wiring connection. This situation was documented during the walkthrough, and we are open to discussing alternative wiring solutions.
  
  Bathroom Fan Suction – The HRV (Heat Recovery Ventilation) system, which controls ventilation throughout the home, has been inspected and confirmed to be working as expected.
  
  Venetian Blind in Bedroom – The technician was unclear about the specific issue regarding the bedroom blind. With additional details, we would be able to further assess and address this concern.
  
  Noisy Fan in Master Bathroom – This concern had not been previously reported. The fan in the master bathroom is separate from the HRV and typically runs louder, but we are open to further investigation if necessary.
  
  Bathtub Overflow – The customer’s concerns regarding the bathtub overflow were not previously communicated. We are happy to assess this issue and ensure it functions as expected.
  
  Leak Under Toilet in Master Bedroom – This issue was not raised with our technician before but is a matter we will be happy to inspect and address directly, as it falls within our responsibility.
  
  HRV Code Errors – Since the reconnection of the HRV vents through the soffit, any previous code errors appear to have been resolved, and the system is now operating as expected.
  
  Finally, the technician noted that during their last visit, the customer expressed that they no longer wanted assistance from our team. We are respectful of the customer’s preferences and will, of course, honor this request.
