I am filing a complaint regarding the recent suspension of my Overwatch 2 account by Blizzard Entertainment. I believe this suspension was issued in error, as I have not engaged in any actions that would justify this penalty. My primary request is to have my account reinstated. Complaint Details: I have been an Overwatch player since 2016, starting with the first version of the game. Over the years, I have invested a significant amount of money on in-game purchases and have reached a high level, demonstrating my dedication and commitment to this account. Recently, my account was permanently suspended without a clear explanation, which I believe to be unfair and unwarranted. Despite multiple appeals to Blizzard’s customer support, I received only a final response confirming the penalty without any detailed explanation, stating that the decision is irreversible. This leaves me with no opportunity to understand or address the situation. Desired Resolution: I am seeking BBB’s assistance to help facilitate a fair and transparent review of my account suspension. My primary goal is to have my account reinstated. Given my long-term commitment, substantial investment, and adherence to Blizzard’s Terms of Use, I believe a reconsideration of this penalty is justified. I kindly request Blizzard Entertainment to provide a detailed explanation and, if possible, to restore my account.

I was permanently banned from an online game for absolutely no reason whatsoever. I do not chat in game, use modification software or anything else. I have spent money on battle passes for this game. Attempts to appeal this have gotten no where and I’ve received no information from ********** whatsoever.

Was banned from Call of Duty: Modern warfare 3. I submitted a ban appeal to Activision and changed my email password and Activision password. I was playing just fine until yesterday, but upon logging in today I found I couldn’t get in at all, my friend had no such problem so I started digging. After 2 hours I found out I had been banned with no warning nor reason stated other than “manipulating game files”. I play the game on a PlayStation 5 and have never adjusted any files nor have I cheated in any way. I submitted a ban appeal. After digging some more I found that there was an unknown steam account connected to my Activision account. After finding it i also submitted a hacked account recovery and explained the situation. All of this happened around 10pm mst June 13th up until now. I have paid a large amount of money on cod over the last 6 months or so, probably in around the range of ***** cad
