I went to Aloha nails two weeks ago November 18th with a male friend. We both got pedicure and manicure. I asked the place to do the same product on my nails without permission they put shellac on and charges me extra when I got home 3 days later realized the nail polish won’t come off I called the Aloha nails they asked to come back when I drove to them after a week due to covid symptoms I couldn’t go earlier I asked to remove shellac they asked for extra $** to remove it. I complained to the manager and she refused to resolve the issue and started to tell me that we have cameras. Then she also said go buy stuff from store remove it yourself. She said don’t come here, it was terrible humiliating experience ***** *** ******** ** ******* ** ** ******* ****** ***** *** ** ********* **** ******* *** ** ***** **** **** I told the manager this was all done without permission she said you paid for it.
