The same thing happen over and over. They will quote you low and after you done the service they will charge you way higher than quoted price. I got a certificate of 50% OFF when they opened the new Salon inside st vital mall but after my mom got nails done. The guy at the front name HUNG who said he's in business for 14 years. ********. He **** **** ** ***** *** starts ** **** ***** **** saying the certificate is expired. But it did not written anywhere. After arguing back and forth he said the nails cost $****** ***** ****** * **** ****** ** ***** ****** *** **** **** ***** ** ** ******* **** ****** *** *** *********** How *** ***** did he get $*** from. Never said sorry. He keep on excuses after excuses. *** *** ***** ****** **** ******* **** **** ***** **** ** ***** ***** ****** ***** ***** **** ****

This place has very very poor communication. *************************************************************** ******** I told them we both wanted a manicure and a pedicure. I phoned and got a a price of $55.00 for a pedicure and a manicure (both me and my daughter wanted it done, so if I do my Math correctly it should be $110.00). We were told to sit down and they brought us a nail polish color chart, we picked our colors. We had someone working on our feet and hands at the same time. One worker looked at my hand and said "You want Gel nails", I said no I like having short nails. The worker brought a light and I said "oh is that to dry the nail polish?' "Yes, Yes" is what she said, I thought it is to hurry the drying, so they could just keep working without waiting for drying time. Then they asked what we wanted designed on our toes. My daughter and me never had either service done before, I said "whatever you want to paint" We were done and I went to pay, pulled out my credit card, I was told "if you pay with cash it cheaper", I said how much is it? She told me $180.00, I said "what", then she went trying to explain what they did. I asked for someone I could understand (which this lady was a little better). I was told we got Shellac nails done, design on toes (I said I never asked for that stuff). Then they called the manager, *************************************************************** They also took my daughters phone from her cause I was not willing to pay. I spent 1.5 hours there wasting my time cause I was not going to pay for stuff I did not ask for. My daughter also did not hear anything about them asking us if we wanted Shellac nails being done!! *************************************************************** *************************************************************** *************************************************************** *************************************************************** **********************************************
