    ****** ******* *** ****** ** ******** ***** Made an order 1 week ago. Only communication that I received was the order confirmation. Never received my tracking information so contacted CS to see what was up. Turns out that they won’t ship the ordered products and canceled the order without any communication. Then why are they on the online store if I can’t get them sent to me?Now I have pre-authorizations stuck on my card. All could have been avoided with proper communication via email or just say in store only on the website. Or even have a way to track the order through their website it is 2024 after all and that is very basic stuff nowadays. *** ****** ************* **** ***** *** **** ****

    Sorry to hear about your online experience. The pre-authorization hold placed on your payment card at time of order was released when the order was cancelled. Each financial institution has their own timeframe for clearing authorization holds. Please contact your card issuer for questions on their clearing timeframe.

    Item was priced marked for $*****. I was charge $*****. Plus taxes and delivery. I got my package a umber of weeks later. The package was in a completely damaged box that was smashed in plus ripped open.     Last online order showed up late, which appears to be a given when ordering from Cabela's, and with a fishing rod that was clearly snapped and missing the end before it was even packaged... now I made the mistake of giving them my business again and nothing has shown up, there's no longer any information on shipping/delivery and I've sent numerous emails without a response. ****************************** **************************** Customer service is non-existent when dealing with Cabela's online ordering. Something has to change, absolutely unacceptable.

    Horrible service when ordering online. Bought a $400 Shimano fishing reel on April 6th. Cannot get any info on the whereabouts of my reel and no one even responds to my emails - today is April 25. Super frustrating and management doesn't care *************************************************************** ****** *************************************************************** ********************** they cannot provide any tracking info. *************************************************************** *************************************************************** *********
    Update - says was shipped out on April 17th but cannot provide more info. Over a week ago to come from Winnipeg to Toronto - unacceptable

    I have purchased a lot in the past from Cabelas - but not 1 cent will I drop here again in my life

    Tracking information is available on orders shipped directly to a customer's home. On instore pickup orders tracking information is unavailable as these orders are added to transport trailers carrying store stock to our retail locations. The order departed our warehouse and was unfortunately delayed due to weather/road conditions. The trailer is in transit and has not yet arrived at the pickup store. We apologize that the order did not arrive within our typical shipping timeframes. The store will contact the customer upon arrival.
