    * ******** the ***** **** prepaid gift card that shows my transaction history for your convenience. This was the only copy in my downloads, that I was able to send you. * ***** *** **** * **** *** *** *** ** ** ******** This was the card that was Charged $** for nothing! So I need to file a complaint against The Salvation Army Thrift Store. **** * ********* **** * **** ***** ******* **** *** ******* *** *** *** One for my debit card of $****** One for The ***** **** gift card of $*** and one for the **** **** gift card of $**. * *** ******* ** ***** ** **** **** *** ****** ******* ***** **** ***** * **. The place of business: The Salvation Army Thrift Store. ***** ******** ** **** ****** ***** *** *** ********* *** ************  My total bill for December 28th was for $******. ( $***** came from my Debit card, and $** came from **** **** card, ending in ****. The problem is that there was an additional amount of $** that was added to my ***** prepaid gift card for nothing in return and I want my $** back! ( This was the very first card I tried to use and was told it did not go through.) I know my bill amount is for $******* It shouldn't have mattered that I started with my ***** **** card, and the employee should have been able to adjust my bill accordingly. So the employee behind the till waits for me to try another transaction. So I pulled out the **** **** gift card and tried to use it, and at that time it would not go through! I did not realize that it needed to be signed first. At this point, I was getting frustrated because I did not have money put aside for shopping. I wasn't planning on using my debit card towards this bill. My only plan was to use the ***** **** gift card, and the **** **** gift card, but of course there was a line up of people waiting to pay so I felt obligated to use my debit card. My ***** card went through, and I should have only had to pay $** on top of that. So like I said I tapped the ***** card, and then my debit card. After that the employee told me I still owed $**! I was getting frustrated. So I told the worker that I would go outside so I could call my bank. So, yes there was charge of $***** to my debit card. After that I go back into line to continue to pay my bill. I pulled out my **** **** gift card, and this time I sign the back. I attempt to pay with this card and it goes through. So at that time, I figured I paid my bill with my debit card, and **** **** gift card, but really I ended up paying with all three cards. Instead of my bill being $******* I was billed $******. Honestly, the employee behind the till wasn't pleasant or helpful in anyway at all. *** ********* *** *** **** ** **** *** *** * ***** ***** *** **** *** ** **** **** ***** **** ** ************ ** *** ***** ****** A few days go by and I decide to go on line to register both of my gift cards. This is when I noticed a charge of $** to my ***** **** gift card. So I go to register the **** **** Card, and a confirmed charge of $**. I knew of $***** from debit already. So I decide to go back to the store to talk with their manager. I had the proof in my phone to show her, but she refused to look at it. Only thing she would look at was the receipt. And but of course the receipt doesn't add up the extra ** so she told me I needed to call my bank! So I went home and called the ***** **** gift card to ask for advice. They had asked me to go back to the Thrift store to explain what happened. This time I made sure I had the proof to show them. On the actual receipt it shows I paid with my debit card $*****. I went to the bank to print out my bank statements for the month of December but the teller ended up printing only to the 15th, and because of this the Manager I talked with said I needed proof showing I paid with debit. So I left. After that I went back to my bank to print out the month of December. *** **** ******* *** ****** ***** *** **** ** **** ******* *** ****** ******** *******  ** *** **** *** ********* *** ** ** **** * *** ** ******* ** ************ ****** *****  I want my $** back!!! It's not right for a business to take $** from a customer without giving something in return. *** *** **** ******* *** ********* *** ** *************** ****** ***** * **** ** **** * ********* ******* *** ********* **** ****** ******
