    Bought a 2015 BMW x5 from this dealership, I bought it with the dealerships special of " 3 months warranty free!" Deal . Well that wasn't the case ***** ***** ******* they said they don't have record of such special. My car broke down within that 3 month time frame and they tried to make me use my ******* warranty. I'm mad they sold me an expensive warranty ****$ extra that isn't even covered by the BMW dealership they sent me too, nor their own mechanics at Vickar because their mechanics are apparently not capable of working on a BMW and they say they have red seal mechanics.. so not only do I have to get my car serviced by a shop that isn't the dealer I bought the car from or the make of the dealer I'm left with this ***** warranty that doesn't even cover a courtesy car. I sent the dealer emails and I got no response. Getting a refund for my warranty isn't even possible since it's been past the 10 days . * *** **** ****** **** ** **** **** ** ***** ******.     An advertisement from Vickar Nissan, 1424 Regent Ave. Winnipeg, reads "buy this used 2023 Rouge and receive a 2 year no charge oil change" Jan. 18th/24 I purchased this vehicle and upon handing over a certified check, I was told that I was not eligible for this offer because (1) I had not paid the full advertised price, (2) I was supposed to read the fine print that the dealer did not direct me to and (3) It was not written into the purchase agreement **** *** *** **** ********* ** **** ** **** the cruise control malfunctions **** *** *** **** ********* ** **** ** **** *** ****** ******* ************. When brought to their attention the response was that they were aware of the problem and Nissan engineers are trying to figure out how to address it. We will let you know when they come up with a fix. *** **** ****** **** ****** ***** *** ******* ******* ******** * ***** ***** **** ********* **** ***** *After several emails and a telephone call the last message stated,[ Feb. 15th/24],"as a gesture of good faith we will give you 2 oil changes" * ***** **** ********** ***** **** ******* *** **********  The only resolution could be a full refund of the purchase price or exchange this vehicle for a similar one with a working cruiser control.

    Initially the communication with the service department was subpar. After I complained about the conversations Vickar Ford really stepped up. They not only made up for the initial poor conversation we had but went well beyond that and made sure I was more than 110% happy with the service. Len, Mark, and Steve went beyond what I expected to be sure I wouldn't be without my truck. That deserves a top review when people are more than willing to not only admit there may have been a communication problem but bend over backwards to make it right. I will be going here for any future service. Thank you Vickar Ford.

    Purchased a 2018 Sonic in Nov 2021. At the time of purchased we pointed out that the rear bench was torn and they assured it would properly. Along with a plastic piece on the headrest. They sent me finally to Ron's Upholstery to get it done. Ron's advised me they couldn't because they cannot match the material at all. Today I went to Vickers and spoke with the Sales Manager, Malek. I told him what happened at Ron's and he responded that's the only solution? I handed him a part number for the exact cover needed to repair the said damage and he I will not pay for that? He took me a side and now said he did not even remember agreeing to this? ************ I had been back and forth there since Nov 21 every month hearing his excuses.

    March 29/2022 I brought my truck into Vickars for a oil pressure issue. I was told it was my oil pump and need to be fixed. So next day they called me to say my crank shaft was toast and I need to do a rebuild so I asked them to help me with a trade in. My truck sat there for 8 days as they weren't very helpful. So we decided to show up and pick up my truck. At that point they told me a different story that if I just polish bearings on crank shaft it will last another 3 years despite the week prior where they told me it was toast and need a rebuild. Once we took it home and looked further we found that there was absolutely nothing wrong with the crank shaft all it need was a new oil pump. So it went from a $6000 job to where we did it for $180 bucks. I address this with the sales man and he told me which I still have the texts that he will forward to management and of course I never heard anything back at all. ********************************************
