    Hi, our complaint is against a concert venue in Dieppe NB YQM Country Fest. On November 17th, 2022 my daughter bought 2 tier 1 tickets at the cost of $249.99 each for this weekend concert pass. March 31st 2023, they announced another artist which In turn put the prices of the tickets up to $599.99. The purchaser had 2 options-upgrade your ticket or completely re-buy your ticket that included the new artist and that they would refund your first ticket. The first 2 pictures show the direction from YQM. My daughter repurchased the tickets. April 7th 2023 the first request was made for the refund. No reply May 4th 2023 second request was made with no reply. May 9th 2023 I decided to try and get the refund for her. This was my first attempt. May 10th 2023 YQM replied looking for a confirmation number associated with the transaction May 11th 2023 I sent all the information that they requested. May 29th 2023 sent another email with all the information they requested asking when we would get our refund. No reply June 1st 2023 tried messaging them on messenger. No reply June 3rd 2023 resent same email as the 29th, again no reply We are just looking to get our money back for the amount of $499.98 I believe all the messages and emails are provided below There is no phone number provided on their site to reach them. I don’t believe we are the only people that this has happened too.
