  Our child was wrongfully dismissed from the day care. We were not given any opportunity to express our concerns and were told they were far too busy to read our emails, which they requested we send. We have had numerous issues with this day care but have always come to some sort of resolution. When contacted by the location manager to have my child taken out of school early so they did not need make two trips to the school to pick up at separate dismissal times, I declined as my daughter was being served lunch through the hot lunch program at a time later than the requested pick up time. I was then told every other parent was ok with it so I should be too. I explained she would not have been able to eat her lunch and I had not provided a pack lunch. I was then told she was only making calls as directed by the owner of the company. I requested a call from the owner of the day care. I managed to make arrangements with the school to accomodate their early pick up request but was then told my the owner that we were being dismissed with no reason given. I was then told the next day it was because of my behaviour. I not once lost my cool or raised my voice. I simply stated my concerns but worked with them for a resolution. We were dismissed and ignored by the owner of the company.
