***** **** *** karz auto Moncton. Had my truck in for warranty work and an alignment. I got the truck back on Thursday of last week. I washed my truck Friday night and I while I was washing it, I noticed my rim was chipped and scratched everywhere around the lug nuts. Fast forward to Monday I call Karz auto, the owner answers and tell me to lose the attitude after I called to complain about the rim. He told me it would be best for me to come in person. I get there and buddy is already mad, he gets outside and sees the rim and his whole attitude towards me changes. He says he’s going to source me a new rim. Fast forward to today. I call back today from 8-3 with no answer. So I go into the shop after work to see what’s going on. He has ever excuse in the book to why he hasn’t answered the phone or why hasn’t starting looks for the rim. My warranty paid them $1500 for the front end work I then paid another $40 plus tax for an alignment on the truck that was not done correctly. I attached photos of the steering wheel that isn’t straight and the rim that is all scratched up along with 2 lug nuts that were broken by them. If you don’t want to be ripped off and played like a fiddle stay far away from Karz auto and n elmwood drive. Buddy can have an attitude with you but as soon as you stand ur ground he tellls you to leave his shop ***. Great business owner ????

I am rejecting this response because:
The matter was not solved and people deserve to know what kind of business this guy is running. Money is hard to make now a days and the price to get things fixed by a garage is just insane, you’d think you could have more trust in a company who is licensed and has red seal mechanic’s working there. I was trying to be a red seal carpenter I know the process. There is multiple hours needed to obtain a red seal and if your mechanic cannot use an impact gun you are in the wrong business. The whole  company should be under investigation not just the business owner. There’s no way anyone there has a red seal and if they do, they should be investigated as well to as when they got the license and who signed off on it.

once again complainant is truly being unprofessional and un realistic in all regards, as stated earlier complainant served small claims documents to my place of business and decided to take this actions both online and in the court system. that is his right and privileges' to do so, however as a 30 year red seal licensed tech, small business owner that's also an educator in the apprentice program, I possess 3 provincial licenses in my trade of choice, I'm also an instructor for "at risk youth" and "woman in un orthodox trades" programs, have the right to argue the unrealistic attitude from complainant , both in person to myself my staff and even my customers, in such a rude matter not to mention "pealing "out of my rock cover driveway and breaking a window in doing so, I also have all videos to back up all my claims. the complainant came to my shop with a complaint, I addressed the issue right away, even had my used car parts supplier from Bastarache show up during the meeting and asked him to see if he could find me a similar wheel for complainant, complainant agreed to wait until we could find one and he left.

I own a 5 bay shop with 4 total employees, my son the office manager was graduating the following morning, so he and I were absent from shop until 14:30, I had advised the other techs to let phones go to voice mail until our return so as to take care of our customers. at 14:47 complainant shows up as angry as ever loudly voicing his opinions on service and that he was not taken care of right away, I tried to tell him what was going on but he would not have it and complained that I had every excuse and so on on way out was extremely rude speaking about our shop to my customers that where waiting, once he left he peeled out of driveway hence the broken glass, I sat down and apologized to my customers, now witnesses of his out lashing and they said that he was way out of line.

in my opinion I tried to help this person but over nights for a result is not being realistic on his part what so ever, slanderous remarks online is his right as a person, but truly un called for, several customers came in to see us at shop after viewing online remarks and once I showed them the videos and explained situation they understand that this young entrepreneur is truly being unreasonable.

I never said my employee did any damage to his vehicles wheel, I gave complainant benefit of a doubt, someone had issues with other lug nuts so my tech had no choice but to use a bigger socket to remove broken lug nuts, its been a common issue with Dodge and Ford products for years, a simple google search will show that the outer layer of the 2 piece lug nut swells up and separates, once outer shield is removed it leaves a plain lug nut, and this is what my tech did. I explained it to complainant and I thought he understood. The Tech that did work has been in automotive business over 30 years, advised me how he had taken broken lug nuts off, and I believe him as techs have been doing this way since the issue started back in the 1990 and newer.

Either way in no business is it right for a customer to act the way this one did, it way uncalled for, and as per his recommendation will be argued in the court system.

I am rejecting this response because:

You can tell this is not written but the owner of the company. When I was in there to deal with a problem that they caused I obviously want it fixed immediately. I don’t care that his son had a graduation or that he has 4 employees. He caused damages to my 50k truck and I wanted it fixed asap. The whole rock throwing thing is a total joke. If I would have broken buddy’s windows while leaving his establishment he would have immediately called the cops on me as he has my address and my phone number. I don’t believe for one second that I broke his windows and he was just going to let it slide until the face that I served him court papers. If that were true he would have called the cops on me the same day to report that I broke his window and not only bring the problem up once he was served court papers. He can go on and on about how he’s been a red seal and how he helps at risk people, nice congratulations!! Look on Facebook or any website that this guy has reviews on and you’ll see exactly how many times this guy has done this and got away with it. There is multiple comments saying that people where taking Roger to court for doing horrible work to their cars. There’s multiple reviews and photos of the terrible work they do. Also when I went in there he thought he was the king of the world acting like nothing could be done to him lol
