    Feb 17 2022 I took advantage of a bulb sale this nursery had, buying primarily hyacinths, the charge going through the 21st. I was not sure if the bulbs would be sent right away (for indoor growing) or in the spring or fall when plants normally ship. After my receipt which suggested to expect delivery within a week, there was no further communication. But they are notorious for lack of communication and long delays so at first I was not alarmed and just waited patiently. But now it has been almost a year so I think my bulbs are not coming. I tried messaging their ******** a month ago but got no reply and noticed there are no posts since about 2y ago. Today I tried sending an email but it bounced suggesting they have abandoned their email so long it got full. Hopefully they are not closed and this is just their usual lack of communication. I called my credit card company but they say a charge needs to be disputed within 3 months which is bad news for fans of online nurseries where it is normal to buy months ahead of shipping time. I guess I have learned a $50 lesson. Not a huge amount of money but more than I can afford to lose, and they don't deserve to keep it. I am out of options unless the BBB is able to help me. I would still take the bulbs but would also be content with a refund. I attach both the receipt they emailed and my **** statement showing my payment.

    I had placed an order (#WC-8247; transaction ID: 9SP24384NV211502V) for several plants on April 3rd, 2022. I mistakenly selected "pick up" in the shipping option; I meant to choose "to be delivered". My credit card had been charged immediately for this purchase, in the amount of $268.76. When I realized my error, I tried contacting this business, with no reply (which I found unusual, because in the past he was very prompt about replying to my inquiries). I have since then repeatedly tried contacting him through ******** *********, email, Signal,and telephone calls (his voicemail is full and I can't leave a message). He has, as of yet, not contacted me. All I want is to let him know that I need my order shipped to me, and I will pay the shipping cost!
