Went into Clark Chevrolet Buick GMC, in Sussex, for an MVI inspection on September 29, 2022; needed new brakes, rotors and tires. Have new brakes and rotors fixed same day but failed MVI due to tire tread. Returned on Monday October 02, 2022 and received a new MVI sticker. Brakes were no working well; so I asked if they could look at brakes again. Was told "nothing wrong with brakes" and handed me my keys. I took my vehicle to another dealership and was told I "have the wrong brakes" on my vehicle. I ordered the correct brakes and informed Clark's in Sussex of the finding. Nothing was done right away. I was forced to take time off work because of no safe transportation. Clark's paid Port City Kia to install new brakes and rotors; however, refuses to acknowledge the extent of damage this ordeal created in my life. I will be going to small claims court on April 27, 2023 to defend my case against Clark's lawyer, Bryan Morris with Bingham Law in Moncton, New Brunswick. Shoppers beware of any dealings with Clark Chevrolet Buick GMC in Sussex, New Brunswick. They lack humility and integrity of service to their customers.
