    October 6th 2023 $250.00 I had my daughters Grad photos done by shawn taylor on May 11th 2024, when I received the photos back I told him I wasn't happy that he didn't get any full photos of my daughter it was half body photos he stated in 3 separate messages that he would refund/free photoshoot, the photoshoot took place at clarenville on June 15th at 5pm, when the photos were done he said give me 3 to 4 days you will have the photos, June 16th 2024 I sent him an email asking him do I still get the refund, 4 30 that evening he sent a email stating a few things, 1 hr later he sent a refund of 250, and saying I sent your refund this concludes our working relationship, take care, so I sent my email back stating my daughter has bad anxiety/depression she's on meds for, he's been ignoring my emails to resolve the problem, he blocked Me on ******** messenger, then unblocked me a day later, Just filing for failure to agreed terms, in the messages like he told me, The photos from June 15th I would like back as they are my daughter.

    As mentioned on June 15th - My mother is currently visiting for 10 days and I plan on making a future update focusing on *******’s dress from ***** *******. I am planning to make that update after she leaves later this week.

    It is important to understand the expected turnaround time for professional photo sessions, especially during peak wedding and graduation season.

    Throughout this process, I have made every effort to address your concerns and accommodate your requests. I provided a full refund, offered a complimentary reshoot, and have responded promptly to your communications.

    Despite these efforts, your approach to this situation has been challenging and, at times, unrealistic. I have mentioned multiple times now that I generally do not do business through ******** and you are welcome to call me at any time - 709-697-3197.

    I am pretty happy with the additional images you are receiving - I am especially happy with them given I was only allocated 10 minutes in the rain.

    I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID 21892392, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me.

    I am happy with the response from shawn photo, I have the photos, everything has been resolved, we can close the case, Thank you
