We recently used Premier Car Service for round trip airport transportation. The whole experience was excellent. The cars and drivers were lovely. The online booking and payment including tip is very convenient. While the system automatically set a time for our pick up at home, it was easy to modify to a time that we preferred. We instantly received confirmations of the booking to my email and text. Then I received reminders, notes to say the driver was on their way, when they had arrived at our house as well as clear instructions for meeting at the airport. The incredible communications were very comforting given our extremely early departure - this was one logistical consideration of our trip that was mindless! And for a 10 day vacation we saved a good amount of money not having to park at the airport. I would highly recommend Premier Car Service.Review from Joanne B

Absolutely top notch service -- prompt communication, responsive, professional in every way. I was impressed (I haven't used hired transportation in a very long time) and grateful. I flew in to visit my elderly parents who live in the woods off a dirt road; fine for a daytime drop off but my pick up time to fly home was 3am; not only did Premier pick me up from this obscure location, they were on time! Vehicle was clean, the business, including drivers, provide service like their customers matter. If the need arises again, they will be my first choice.Review from Fraser W

First time using Premier and I’ll be back. Great on line booking, timely communication, both the day before and the day of service. Rates are competitive and your credit card only gets charged 1-2 days before the service is provided. Vehicles are clean, drivers are courteous, assist with luggage, and safe drive.
