            this comapny is a garbage bin rental company, i have ordered several bins from them to clean my cottage. I have always paid their invoices in full when due, on september 26th, i had a zero balance with them, i ordered another bin so they took a 600.00 deposit. the total of the bin when finished was 532.00 so the deposit covered it and they should have owed me money. Instead they are telling me that i previosly owed them 129.80 and they took it from the deposit (this is not true) and now I owe them 129.80, I have sent several emails asking for an invoice to prove this charge but they have not sent me one and they charged my credit card today for 129.80. I am disputing this charge.

            The customer ordered a roll off bin from us in late September.  We took a $600 deposit from her credit card.  The bin was delivered on September 27.  Total for that bill inc. HST was $197.23. Her $600 deposit was applied to that, leaving a credit of $402.77.  On October 7, we removed the bin.  Total bill for the removal (inc disposal and HST) was $532.57.  Her credit of $402.77 was applied to that, leaving a balance owing of $129.80. The balance was taken from her credit card in November. Both invoices are attached as well as an email between the customer and our dispatcher explaining the payments and charges.

             I am rejecting this response because: This is the first I am seeing of an  invoice for end of september, I asked them for this several times and they did not forward it to me, nor did I receive it when it was dated for. I am managing an estate account and invoices are necessary before money goes out. I am very  dissatified with this companys actions, very poor comunication and lack of transparacy. I have been a good customer and always pay the balance in full, I will not be doing business with them again.
