    I was asked to sign off on the delivery of my appliance before the item was brought into my home releasing them of any damage they caused brining it in because it was heavy. They did not have the right dolly to bring it in and when questioned they said having the right equipment was above thier paygrade. They said if I refuse to sign the paperwork they would take the appliance and try to get my money back from the Supplier. In the end they left it in my garage. I had to hire my own people to delivery it. I am now going back to the supplier for a refund on the delivery I paid for. They were very unprofessional and did not have the proper equipment to do thier job. Note: this was after they cancelled my Saturday delivery cause they said thier truck broke down.... I am very doubtful it did.

However, there are situations where certain deliveries, particularly those involving large or awkwardly shaped items, may pose an inherent risk to the surrounding environment—such as narrow staircases or tight corners.
    Reason for the Waiver: The waiver is intended as a precautionary measure in cases where the delivery environment presents challenges that might increase the risk of damage despite our best efforts and equipment. It is not an indication of a lack of confidence in our services but rather a transparent approach to ensure that you are fully informed of any potential risks before the delivery proceeds.
    Training and Qualifications: Our delivery personnel undergo rigorous training and hold the necessary qualifications to manage deliveries safely and efficiently. We continuously review and update our training programs to adhere to industry standards and best practices.
    Liability and Responsibility: Even with the waiver, please be assured that we stand by our responsibility as a service provider. The waiver is specific to scenarios where the risk of damage is particularly high due to factors outside of our control. In any case of damage, we assess the situation thoroughly to determine liability and take appropriate actions to address any issues.

    Halifax area - Had a delivery of 5 items - some very heavy and 2 chaps came with the truck. Very capable, friendly and courteous. They were very careful with the items and had good technique for unloading the heavy ones to ensure no damage. They knew what hey were doing and did it well!

    No issues with my Deliveries. The guys were delivering my structube order. They showed up when they said they would and delivered the boxes into my doorway. I only paid for regular delivery but the guys still helped me get it in the house. Ive read some reviews and It seems like some folks are just never satisfied. I had a great experience with them. Honestly the guys were so fun that I ened up applying for a job with the delivery company

    I had a new fridge, dishwasher and gas range delivered 6.7.23 by team out of Moncton, Terrible. Left greasy fingerprints all over my doors that needed to be popped off pins to get appliances inside. This is a normal thing, they didn't bring tools so used mine. Service included moving old fridge and range to basement apartment. Man broke a piece off my old fridge after I told him it had 2 screws that needed to be removed. He said "Oh I'll take that off for you (no tools ?!) He just grabbed it and tanked and snapped the plastic. Left greasy fingerprints all over my brand new stainless steel appliances. ** ** *** **** ******** *******.
