Staff are knowledgeable and products are great. Customer service issues related to recent Install. Customer management did not specify that returning technician coming onsite to confirm installation was completed correctly would be a billable service. If this was specified before sending a Tech onsite our company would have suggested not to book the return visit. However, the Water Shed management sent a tech to confirm install and then sent a invoice. I followed up several times with the company. Unfortunately the management team would not return my call and left it to the front staff to communicate. When I requested a call back no one followed up and they finally sent our request to a collections agency. This all could have been solved with a follow up call from management, but unfortunately my requests were ignored. Overall, the company has great products but requires improvement in customer management and communication.

Hi Shawn We appreciate your feedback and for acknowledging our staff and products! While we appreciate the feedback we disagree with you not paying for services rendered. Upon review of our communications (text, recorded phone calls, emails, etc.) this is our assessment of the situation. We installed your system in January 2024. You reached out in June 2024 due to the tanks sweating. We came out and put the sweat jackets on our systems, and we did not charge for the technician coming out only the product. You reached out again in regards to having your pressure tank moved as that was sweating. We suggested you use a dehumidifier in the room to prevent this from happening as we do not carry sweat jackets for pressure tanks We came out on Aug 26th to move the pressure tank away from the wall as requested by you. When the technician arrived onsite you told him that you had reached out to the company that installed your pressure tank and that they were going to come out and move it. We sent a technician out at your request and you did not cancel at anytime during that day or previous. We sent you a invoice for a service call that you then disputed. We have spoken and explained to you why you received the invoice. You refused to pay and we sent the invoice to collections.Review from Mary Lou B

I have dealt with 2 of the office staff and 2 of the technicians after moving recently. All folks I dealt with have been friendly and very helpful. The technicians were wonderful as the systems that I called them about I had never had before. Not only were they thorough but patiently answered the many questions that I had. The Water Shed installed and services our water system for iron content in our water. The are efficient, friendly and very knowledgeable. They are quick to answer an and all of my questions. I certainly recommend them to anyone who is having water issues.The Water Shed Response
