Terrible workmanship and attitude. He is not allowed on property without notice. He wired all kitchen outlets to 240V.i have 4 kids and 3 adults in house. He left house with 200 amp panel open and not turned on. I had ** ***** turn on, they did line service. I can go on and on. I'm trying to get house inspected for the past two weeks and he is not cooperating. I'm afraid to have him finish the job because he butchered the house to do rewiring and I have now spent around 100K renovation. He was paid all monies for a total of around 20K. He told me he ripped me off.

I have received a letter about this in the mail, which I might say had left me very surprised and upset. We at Caledonia Electrical Services have done one job for this individual. We installed a new Electrical service & panel which currently does have an outstanding permit. I will explain to you a little of what has been happening. As a business owner and a Licensed professional, I am responsible for the safety of my employees, the safety of my clients, and the safety of the electrical license I uphold. During this job at Mr. McIntyre's residence, he became increasingly irate, and was heavily intoxicated, we continued throughout the job and my employees were feeling threatened and unsafe, they were being verbally abused and it was made known to us there are weapons in the home. We knew we couldn't continue in this situation. The service and panel, it does need a final inspection, however I will not be the electrician doing so. I am not the first contractor he has been slandering, the carpenter, plumber, & excavation contractors were all being discussed poorly which does not sit right with me as a business owner myself. Mr. McIntyre than began with harassing & threatening messages to ruin my business, reviews against my livelihood to get my attention, claiming we have done terrible work on jobs we haven't even done for him, again we did his service and panel only. Aside from all of this, this individual will contact me through text message apologizing for his behaviors and then sending disheartening threats the same day. This is not healthy and out of the safety of my employees, myself and my business I personally and professionally do not want him as a client. I have encouraged Mr. McIntyre to seek other electrical contractors to complete his inspection, this would be the best option for all parties involved.

I am rejecting this response because: This response doesn't surprise me. Its lies cleverly mixed with some truth. I will take a polygraph on everything I wrote and write. I have all texts made to this business and they form quite a different picture. He rewired my house with **** and his son *****. He rewired my garage with ***** and another man. He installed both my heat pumps with Steve. He did my 200 am service with this new young man.

My garage is still not finished as per my home. Note; ****, ***** and the other man - no longer work for him.

    Please call me any time
