- Additional Info:On July 12, 2022, BBB attempted to send correspondence to 205-5640 Spring Garden Rd, Halifax, NS B3J 3M7. Our mail was returned as undeliverable from this address. We were unsuccessful in locating a new address, resulting in BBB not having complete and current information.
The BBB Serving the Atlantic Provinces has concluded an Investigation into the status of LOONG 7 MART. The investigation was prompted by couple of emails and phone calls from the customers of LOONG 7 MART.
The consumers are claiming that the business has vanished all of a sudden and have sold all their personal assets and belongings secretly. The two store locations have been permanently closed resulting in loss to the consumers who had a prepaid account with the business. One of the consumer has stated 'the customers believe this is a premeditated escape. The customers have pre-paid cards that were used for purchase in their stores, and we would recharge it when necessary. That means when he disappeared, our cards were useless.'
