    To whom it may concern

i I called H****** back and said I would go to my back to make sure her cheque was deposited and would call her back , which I did and apologized to her .
At that  point she asked for her deposit back as she was going with another company. I explained to her again as I did at the time of booking that the deposit (100.00) are non refundable if you should cancel unless you or I can fill the seat. The seat was not filled
