            My partner and I went for a pizza at Pizzatown in Lakeside, Nova Scotia. We went on June 24th, 2022, and ordered at 10:12 pm. My partner need to go to the washroom while I ordered. However, he could not do so as they had barricaded the public from using the washroom putting boxes, chairs, and other things in the path so you could not get through. I proceeded to order a medium meat pizza with mushrooms and peppers along with a medium Gluten Free meat pizza. The order came to $51.19 which included a 2-liter ******** ***. As we were eating in I asked for the table to be clean but that did not happen for the longest time then I asked again and got it done but we received a lot of attitude from staff. Apparently, when asked if they had any cups for the pop a worker said they did not have any. We would have walked out but we had already paid for the order and as we lived in Dartmouth we stayed to have the pizza. As there were no cups we had to purchase in addition to the 2L pop two individual bottles of pop. All during our meal the staff were eyeing us and felt uncomfortable being in the space.

            Hello, my name is ******* I am the manager at Pizzaton Lakeside I happened to be there when the couple ordered, we are very sorry they felt this way, we tried to explain that the gluten free crust was an item we purchase from a third party that is way it has a price increase over the regular crust but we still did our best to commodat with alternative solutions. The washroom was  under going a small renovation at the time, I can assure you Mr Andre my staff are the nicest people to work with always friendly and genuine, I’m not sure why would they look at customers they have not done that before.! 
            I tried to reach out to the customer several times but the number is out of service.!
