    I had my car fixed from this shop in the month of January. After an accident. However, in the month of July I came to know that they haven't attached an important part in the car (Splash Shield). Although they have charged me and my insurance company for that but they haven't attached that. Later on they started blaming that they didn't had enough time to do that. And they haven't told me about this. As a consumer I must be aware what part did they changed and what they didn't. Plus it's a fraud because they took the money for that part, which was never being replaced.

    As Discussed in the previous conversation , the part was on Back order and the insurance company wanted to release the car back to the customer and to have the part installed when it comes in , We advised the customer to take to the dealership of his choice and we will pay to have the Sheild and hardware installed due to him being 5 hours away from are dealership . He picked a dealer and the parts are waiting to be put on the car it’s not a safety issue . The customer is looking for money since the day the car came here to the dealership . We have done are part to assist and repair the vehicle and honour the part that is required as per the estimate .

     I am rejecting this response because:

    They have never told me that they ordered the part or the haven’t attached that part. I also talked with the insurance and they also confirmed we were not aware that they have never attached that part. I came to know that part was missing after 5 months. Why they haven’t told me that the part was ordered. Moreover, they never contacted me after I picked up the car from them. I don’t believe they have done the work up to the expectations.

    After 5 months when I contacted them they said that we have told insurance company that we ordered the part. But insurance company also confirmed that they have never told us they have ordered it. These guys were always lying to me that we did the full repair, even I have asked them while picking up the car from them. They said everything is good both to worry about. They never mentioned me about this part.

    i Came to know that this part is missing on my cars regular service. I contacted them right after that. I want them to accept there mistake for not doing there work up to the expectations plus they have to take the responsibility that there is nothing else missing. The comment they said that I am looking for money, is really stupid.  These guys are really lied a lot.
