  July 8 2022 - ***** came out for a service call on the washing machine and gave a quote for the repair of the bearings. July 9 2022 - ordered parts and paid in advance. Told via text that the parts would be in later in the week and and the repair would be completed July 18. July 14 2022 - texted ***** regarding time of availability to install the parts for July 18, told the parts haven't arrived yet and he will text me when they come in. July 21, 2022 - texted ***** again regarding the parts and when he would be available to repair the washer. He told me he was on holidays and will be back on August 2. August 2, 2022 - Scheduled appointment to repair for August 8, 2022 August 8, 2022 - Repair completed and when putting the washer back together, did not place a part back in. Told us that it was not a necessary part. Also told us we had a 90 day warranty on the work. Sept 28, 2022 - Contacted ***** to advise that there is a problem with the washer, it is shaking and if he could come to look at the machine. I explained what was happening with the machine and he told me "it worked fine when I left it". I then reiterated what the problem was with the machine and if he could come to look at it. He said "No, because you want me to come and look at it and not pay for it" I asked about the 90 day warranty, he then told me I needed to call someone else because he wasn't going to look at it. He was not interested in checking to see if it was a different problem to repair, nor was he interested in doing the warranty work.
