    I bought a whole package of appliances in October 2023 from Brampton Tasco including stove, fridge, microwave, washer & dryer for my new home/ It took three months for them to schedule delivery and even then the microwave was not available. Finally after the delivery (minus the microwave) , I get an after delivery survey call and when I told them that I did not receive the microwave, the lady seemed surprised and said that the item is in stock and would be delivered the next day. After the microwave was delivered, I needed to travel *** *** ****** ********* ********* ** *********** Upon return and after contracting the installers, we found that Tasco had delivered a ********** badly damaged microwave that was so badly damaged that the installers refused to even handle it. Yet the outside corrugate packaging was perfectly intact; ******* **** *** ******* ******* *** ********** **** * *** *** *** ********** *** ******* *** ***** The Salesman Bobby N. did nothing to help except to give a toll free number to call. Endless phone calls to Customer Service who were always pleasant and sympathetic but would do absolutely nothing. A call was promised in 48 hours on three different occasions but nobody ever called. Pleaded for a return authorization but no response. After weeks of calls and pleadings, the product was picked up and charges refunded. Deliberately shipping a ********** damaged product ** ************ * ***** ** * ******** *** then giving **** the endless runaround. Will never order again from Tasco again.

    My family and I had our house ** ******** **** completely gutted and had to move out for 6 months. The woman who was in charge of renovations suggested we go to Tasco to get our appliances. My husband and I went to the Brampton store. We needed a washer and dryer, fridge, oven/microwave combo, stove, and dishwasher. We ended up spending just under $19 000, and we bought our appliances in March of 2022. We have had nothing but trouble! I am going to list all of our issues. The hood range fan arrived in August; we were not living in the house at the time. Then we sent back the dryer 2 times because of dents. The washer was sent back 3 times because of dents and such. Then the fridge came, and it was not counter depth. It was sent back, and the salesperson offered another fridge that would cost an added $3000. We ended up cancelling the fridge and buying one at *****. It took almost a year to get our oven/microwave combo. We understand that there were issues with the manufacturers. We wish the salesperson would have told us this because we would have picked another oven/microwave combo. We tried to have our hood range installed and realized it was not the right hood range for our kitchen. I called customer service about a refund or exchange on the AVC-276PS 28 POWER PACK SS HOOD, PUSH BUTTON CONTROL, LED L AVANTGARDE, HOOD, INSERT STAINLESS. I explained what happened and they told me to take pictures of the box and the labels, which I did. I was just informed that I will not get a refund or exchange because the hood range was final sale and we got it in August. I am now trying to sell it. I am so frustrated with the lack of help from the salesperson!!!! Whenever I called, he would tell me to call customer service. *** ***** ***** ***** ******** ** **** ****** ** ***** *** ****** ********   **** ******* *** **** *******

    In April, we purchased a new set of appliances for our home. our goal was to have the appliances by the beginning of July in order to ensure that we would get them in time for our contractors to install them while they were working on our new kitchen. We paid a deposit and were told that we would be contacted closer to the delivery date, to pay in full. In June, we were contacted and advised to pay in full so that we could take delivery the first week of July. That week came and went, and we were advised that they were delayed until mid-late July. Late July, after several failed communication attempts from our side, we were finally contacted and advised that they wouldn't be able to deliver until mid to late August. At this point, we began to escalate our concerns. By the end of the first week of August, we had been in contact with the store in Burlington, the head office, the manufacture in Australia (******* *******) and even our local ******* ****** rep. The manufacturers advised that standard delivery times for the products that we purchased, were 8-10 weeks and that 'something seems to have gone terribly wrong with your order.' At this point, realizing that either A) our appliances were never ordered from the manufacturer or B) they simply sold our appliances to someone else, i posted a 1-star ****** review. No one should have to go through this ********* treatment. They called pretty quickly after that and agreed to deliver part of our order, but that the other part of our order was out of stock. Again, I contacted the manufacturer and confirmed that this was in fact not the case - the items that we order are kept in stock by the manufacturer. I requested that Tasco provide us with the date of the last shipment that they received from the manufacturer, but they refused to provide that information. ***** ********* ******* *** ********* ********* * ***** ******** ****** ******* ***** ******** **** ***** *****
