  Energuy advisor came in Feb 25 to do the post retrofit inspection, required for the grant and loan under ******* ***** Grant program. When the advisor first came to our house, he had the wrong paperwork. He thought he only needed to check windows, when we submitted the request for more. He even gave me to sign a document with someone else’s name and address. After I told him that was not my address on the documents, he apologized and did the inspection. Once we received the report, there was a lot of mistakes, the number of windows hinged and slider didn’t match what we have in the house, the door description and the basement slab insulation were also wrong. That first report was submitted to the ******* ***** portal by Energuy. I contacted them within minutes and the advisor set another appointment, he came to check what was wrong and weeks lates, sent a second report with part of the stuff fixed but still with mistakes on the windows list. Now 2 months later, Energuy is not giving me any explanation or estimated time to receive the report. Without them submitting the right report I can’t continue the process with ******* ***** Grant. I can’t hire a different company either because I already paid them 315$ and because the preretrofit inspection was done by them. After two visits and having the paperwork from the window company, I don’t understand how hard it is to check the list they made on the report vs the list on the windows invoice. It only took me 10 min to compare them, so I am not sure what’s going on. We require this report to be able to proceed with the grant and loan, so basically every extra month they are delaying the process it’s costing me hundreds of dollars in interests because I can’t receive the money I have approved from the 0% interest loan from the government until they submit their report. I am desperate because nobody gives me an answer or what’s the timeline now.
