I'm not sure if they are struggling in the office with staff shortage, but what does it take for someone to respond to emails. It's really not professional when someone sends an email and you do not receive a respond nor an acknowledgement. It's not the first time I send an email and I do not receive a response. If you are busy just confirm the email and let the person know you will be getting back to them. This is quite alarming, what if someone had a pressing issue or time related request? so far no very happy EOMPG do better.Review from Lois R

Eastern Ontario Property Management Group (*****) are an excellent company. We have been using their services for 7 years and have been always been please with their work. As the Past President of a ***************** and as having dealt with other Property Management Companies in the past I have experience and criteria against which to measure *****. They are on of the leading property management companies in Ontario. I have, in the past, and will continue in the future to recommend them to anyone who asks me.

***** is the best Property Management Group that has worked with our condo group LSCC41 and 42. They respond quickly and efficiently. They are proactive in keeping on top of things that need to be done on an annual basis as well as projects from the 5 year maintenance plan. This is the most professional property management organisation I have encountered over a 40-year period. There is both, an all-encompassing and thorough overview of the big picture as well as a remarkable eye for detail, both financial and mechanical. Based on a thorough knowledge of the Condominium Act as well as other relevant regulations, **** provides excellent advice and information, prevents the *********** of Directors from straying into mistakes, and follows up conscientiously on transgressions by owners and/or their guests.Our present Board is delighted, relieved and grateful to be so well managed.Eastern Ontario Property Management Group Response

**** and her staff have been excellent managers of our condo. She is very knowledgeable of condo regulations and guidelines, advising us but not pushing us and therefore allowing us to make decisions based on good advice. She keeps us updated on issues related to our condo and is available 24/7. I would highly recommend her to any condo boards looking for a director.Eastern Ontario Property Management Group Response

We purchased our condo 6 years ago. Did not know much about condo living etc. After talking with ***** felt confident in our purchase. After a year I was nominated at the *** to join the board. 5 years later now president of our condo board. I dont think I would be able to be where I am today without the close working relationship with *****. The staff are easy to deal with and very professional and when you need any assistance. I am a long time Board Member of a seventy-three unit condominium and I would like to state that ***** has done superlative work for us from day one. The administration of a project like ours has many facets and one of *****'s strengths is there are no weak areas in their operation whether it be the day to day operation, municipal by laws, condominium legalities, AGM preparation and accounting or the base building needs.
